boy, that is one of the descriptions of all time. one thing that seems to be constant across the industry is advisors that just can't write proper repair orders.

Last week I had an RO with just diagnosed/report. And a multipoint inspection. DIAGNOSE/REPORT WHAT?. I still have that screen shot cuz I sent it to my foreman on Saturday.

I remember ac clutch relay failure at the Honda dealership being a common thing, and I still see it from time to time. What I can't remember for the life of me is if the original relay is black and the replacement is that rusty red, or do i have that backwards?

It's still the same black one not sure if they were any other color. They're either made in Mexico, Vietnam, or USA just depends on what our stock order brings in.

can you also share the mileage of each car you show in future videos? does your shop have a hose you can connect to the exhaust so inside the shop isn't filled with exhaust while car is running for tests? can you make video on how you set up the cars in your bay? thank you!

The mileage was 186k kms so about 115k miles. Our shop exhaust has holes in the floor that we run a hose to the tailpipe. I guess my videos don't show where they are cuz it doesn't look like there isn't anything to vent it in my bay.

Yes but when you buy from another company they have their mark ups and then when our parts department buys it from them and sells it to us. Our parts department also marks it up. Just because you can get it off the Internet for that price doesn't necessarily mean that's how businesses run. Selling something at the same price you bought it for isn't going to make money.
