Just wanted to say thank you for your meditation videos; I was recommended headspace a few years ago, and while I've been using it on and off, I'm finally getting back into the habit of it. My mental health took a really bad turn a few months ago, but with these videos, alongside starting therapy, I'm starting to feel a lot better :)

Thank you so much for all your wisdom and kindness Andy. Practicing mindfulness has really enabled me to be aware of my thoughts feelings and emotions whilst I've been going through a very difficult time for the last 6 months, and I have also been working as a nurse in this pandemic. I have certainly been able to cope better due to the power of accepting impermanence and constant change. Thank you thank you thank you xx

Meditation helped me to be more present in the moment, for example; holding one of my daughters, or playing pointless games with them, and just sitting and enjoying the moment, knowing that they won't be this young and playful forever. It's a bitter sweet feeling. Thankyou Headspace and thankyou Andy

Best out-and-about video yet, Andy! I won't watch 100 times, it's true, but I will watch again cause, I'm spilling here, I missed bits cause I was compelled to focus on your arms part of the time. Sheepishly grinning. And, yeah, it doesn't work unless you put in the time - the years, the months, don't happen without the days. I'm grateful for my Headspace subscription. Thank you.

It's weird that I'm not even aware of life as it is. Death seems like a strange concept to me, even though I have pet rats whom have a short lifespan of 2.5 years. I still forget about the impermanent nature of things the majority of the time. Being present is hard to do, and I resisted the practice of meditation which I know is good for me, alot of the time. Although it's one of the most beneficial practice's I have ever decided to incorporate into my daily routine.

Will you refer me to any of your resources which would help support people who have gone through what would be considered traumatic change? I need to try to find a realistic path from traumatised to comfortable with insecurity. Thank you
