This is a Dutch vocabulary lesson about the names of clothes in Dutch and Dutch clothes in a series of 40 videos, with each video lesson containing 25 Dutch words, a course with the goal to speak Dutch, developed by Bart de Pau "1000 most common words in Dutch".
The course is aimed at beginners, who want to learn Dutch vocabulary fast. Of each word, you see the Dutch word and the english translation, and a picture. For learning Dutch pronunciation, each word is repeated twice.
Best way to study the Dutch language lessson about clothes in Dutch buildings is:
- watch the video 1 or 2 times,
- study the word list www.learndutch.org/online-dutc...
- do the test; repeat it if you made mistakes
- no mistakes in the test - then you can say in Dutch the names of clothes

This course deals only with vocabulary. Learn to say in Dutch the 1000 most frequently used words. Learning a language is more than that. I've trying to learn the word separately lesson by lesson and repeating it at least 3 times a day during 3 days, it helps a lot to fix it in memory , but this lesson you brought this big sentence in the end that helps a lot to fix the vocabulary, singles words are harder to learn rather than words in a context.

These lessons are really helping me. I have one question though... 'BH' is an abbreviation, but what of? In English, bra is an abbreviation of brassiere but I can't find the full word for BH anywhere.

bustehouder is the full word, but never used in practice

Thank you, I think it's because my memory is so bad I find it helps me learn if I know the literal meaning of words.
I've been watching the lessons one by one but I still haven't figured out when to use het or de, did I miss something?

I see this question was 4 years ago, did you manage to learn Dutch? did you use the same course until now ?
I thought the scarf is translated into "de sjaal" in Dutch. Doesn't "de das" mean "the tie" in English?

Het Goes with feminine nouns and de goes with masculine nouns. They both mean the.
