    Poor guy constantly losing traction in his career by becoming intolerant to the behaviours of those who are his leaders and determining to seek the holy grail elsewhere. Self worth and the lack of is an insidious virus in good managers. Had he not moved, had he challenged his thinking he may have considered subtly sidestepping the poor leaders. Larger orgs often have cross divisional projects and perhaps that is a way to not have to rely on the assessment of your manager whose behaviour you allow to impact yours. Similarly your reasons will change as you begin to improve your self-worth.
