    I love how you are pointing out the problem unintentionally. That's why she's hungry, she isn't eating nutrient dense food. Most plants in nature is toxic and would kill you, the plants people eat today are bred to be less toxic but some toxins still remain. You wouldnt be able to eat more than 20% of your daily food from plants in nature and thats only when fruit are in season. Meat was the staple before the selective breeding of plants. Cooking meat makes it less satiating. When you burn yourself your body uses food to replace those cells, so why would you burn your food? Pasta is physically filling with no nutritional value compared to raw meat. That's why people look tired all the time and even emaciated because they eat lots of junk with little to no nutrients. Even the so called "herbivores" (as if a man made label mean anything to animals) eat raw meat willingly, they prefer it even. Ive seen a horse skip hay and grass for a baby chicken. Ive seen cows eating snakes and in in one instance a teacher was even eaten by a cow. Raw meat is the preferred food for all known animals. Humans are the only animal ignorant enough to think they are different and should eat processed plants. Its absolute mental illness. Her mental hunger is her body begging for nutrients, her physical hunger is the sensation of filling the space in her stomach.

  • @sebastienroux1790

    @sebastienroux1790

    3 жыл бұрын

    @Villepluto Before you defend your plant based eating like its a religion research the toxins in hemlock (an acknowledged poison) and then check to see if the same toxins are found in carrots. This is just one example. There's a reason wild animals avoid certain things. One of the toxins in carrots/hemlock is coniine, it only takes 100g to kill you. Assume you dont eat enough of it to kill you it can also cause trembling/burning of digestive tract, increased salivation, dilated pupils, muscle pain, muscle weakness or muscle paralysis, rapid heart rate followed by a decreased heart rate, loss of speech, convulsions, unconsciousness or coma. In severe cases it cause central nervous system depression, respiratory failure, acute rhabdomyolysis (breakdown of damaged skeletal muscle), acute renal failure and of course death. Dont fall for the "anything in moderation" concept of health, its certainly not the case otherwise you might as well take a small amount of cyanide daily and call it healthy. And yes I love dead any animal as long as it wasnt injected with antibiotics or force fed unnatural diets for the respective animals.

    steph, i think a lot of people would really appreciate you addressing how your all-in journey differs from traditional eating disorder treatment. i know there’s always been confusion surrounding the difference between the way you went about fixing your extreme hunger and the way people recover from anorexia/BED/bulimia, but since you addressed your “mental hunger” in this video, which is a huge huge huge component of eating disorders + eating disorder recovery, i think it would be nice to hear more of an explanation of why you distance yourself optics-wise from traditional ed recovery journeys.

  • @MB-yl9hm

    @MB-yl9hm

    3 жыл бұрын

    @@TheRedChai Here's why I know you're wrong: I have been dealing with a fairly severe form of anorexia/bulimia for almost a decade now. I've been to inpatient clinics, outpatient clinics, spoken to therapists, psychologists, psychiatrists, nutritionists, etc., and no matter what, I never seemed to "recover" for longer than a few months. I always relapsed and it got to the point where I considered killing myself because I genuinely thought that this cycle of hunger and restriction and binging would never end and I would never be able to be happy. And then I saw Stephanie's all-in video about a year ago and something about it just clicked for me. Like she says in that video, the beginning was tough, especially since I was still very weak at that point in my ED recovery and barely got any exercise, so I gained a bunch of weight. I think I may have even gotten more depressed during the weight-gain portion of my recovery than I had ever been during the peak of my ED. But then, like Stephanie says in the video, the constant thoughts of food were coming less and less, the need to binge on 1000s of calories dissipated, the nagging voice in my head didn't bother me as often, and I started eating "normally." It's been a year now and I am at a healthy weight, I exercise a healthy amount, I don't binge on 10,000 calories regularly, I don't fast for a whole week, I don't vomit anymore, I don't abuse laxatives, and I don't have any opinions on food other than that it tastes good. I had never gotten to a point like this during any of my previous recovery attempts. I can reflect now and acknowledge that the biggest reason Stephanie's advice worked for me is because I had gotten so low in my disorder that I knew in the back of my head that if I didn't do something about it soon, my ED was going to kill me. Everyone's recovery is different, but I can absolutely say that Stephanie's videos are part of why I was able to get to the place that I am now. Obviously all-in won't work for everyone with an eating disorder, but it worked for me, and from reading some of the other comments I can see that it has worked for so many other people too. Don't knock it until you've been there.

    I can totally relate to this. I forced myself to go "all in" after relapsing from an eating disorder 2 years ago. Before going "all in" I used to have food fantasies, where I would day dream of eating massive amounts of food. I had these thoughts because my body was malnourished and my brained was starved for a long period of time. Once I started going "all in" my body felt extremely happy and I found it hard to stop eating, even though I was eating past fullness. My body felt happy and alive once again. Once my body weight was restored, after months of what felt like binging, I was able to reduce my eating to normal amounts. Today, I can't imagine eating like that because my hunger and full cues have all been restored. Thanks for following up and sharing your story, Stephanie.❤

    I went “all in” myself because you inspired me to fix my relationship with food and my body.. I have put on quite a bit of weight (I went from a little under 110 and I’m about 140 now) and getting comfortable with the extra weight is taking time, but most of all I’m just happy I can enjoy food and whatever I want whenever I feel like it and not worry about it and just enjoy food. It feels really wonderful because I’m able to enjoy my life so much more. I also feel that my appetite has gone down so much than how it was in the beginning and has become more “normal” and can feel completely satisfied and full with the same portions I had in the beginning, where it wasn’t enough and I’d be having seconds or thirds or fourths. So I’m feeling much better and less bloated and pretty good. I know it’s part my own effort, but honestly I don’t know if I would have ever embarked on this journey without ever coming across your videos and trusting you and learning. To trust my body. Thank you Stephanie! Whenever I feel bad about myself I just watch your videos and i feel much better afterwards.

    @@elizabetheckert4833 I feel you!! Like why do we have to work so hard to do something so simple? At times I felt silly reading all these books and journaling and attending meetings. But it's all been worth it! ❤️ Anytime I'm approached with a situation of "should I eat this or shouldn't I?" And then my mind starts to spiral into calories, sugar, carbs, blah blah blah....I imagine my mind as an etch a sketch! I erase it all and follow the first instinct I had. Sometimes I feel shitty afterwards, and in the future I pull from that experience and feeling...but if I were just following food rules or my old diet, I wouldn't know anything about my body...I'd just keep silencing it. You look radiant Stephanie! I did an all in journey without really knowing that I was doing it. 2 years ago, I just decided I was so sick of yo-yo dieting, eliminating carbs and after restricting, having huge binges that made me feel awful. Initially, I gained about 20 pounds over the course of a year, but as I felt better, my appetite went down and physical energy went up. I am now able to eat whatever I want, go on my endurance bike rides and live life without obsessing over food constantly. My body looks quite lean, in fact sometimes I get a lot of hate on my IG about how skinny I am. Its really hard after my journey to have people target me and body shame me when I live my life in such a healthful and non restrictive way... but at the end of the day, it's about how I feel and how I love myself..not if other people love me. Thanks for your transparency and light sister!!!

    Another component that I saw during her journey and older videos that has helped with Stephanie’s hunger is having a meal pattern, meaning eating at least 3 big meals around kind of the same hours. This is a very important physiological cue for your body because you might know when it’s going to be your next meal,but your body body doesn’t know if it’s going to be your last meal.

    Ac, just remember that things on social media always looks better that real life. I'm not saying stephanie journey is a lie but of its all real its very rear. Most people struggle with ed or bad relationships with food their entire life or for a very long time, most don't magically cure their relationship with food in a year just by eating freely and get so fast to a point of enjoying and being able to eat a small amount of food while being so active and feeling full and satisfied all the time while looking like a fitspo. I just say that so you know it will probably take a lot more time and effort and probably some kind of external help (therapy or the likes depending how bad it is) ups and downs and failing etc before you could get to the point you want. Stay strong!!
