The other good thing I believe all-in does is giving you a light conscience after having treats, so that you don’t stress about wanting to quickly bounce back by restricting the next day until the day you get back to normal (rid of water weight), you just wake up and move on like nothing really happened (which in fact didn’t really affect you significantly. It’s just your mind).

Your Home Workout and Women's Optimization programs have helped to guide me towards exercising for myself rather than validation. Now my goals are centered around long term health like joint comfort and mobility rather than temporary aesthetics like a flat stomach and arm definition. Your self love and positive outlook are incredibly contagious; they are the first of my many reasons to be more like you when I grow up. Thank you for everything!

I love seeing you remake an old video, I hope you do more! Great to see how an individuals hunger/calories/satisfaction/gut health etc. can change over time and when you make a plan for yourself with a clear goal. Even if someone’s goal/journey is not with ‘all in,’ you’ve shown thy we have the powder to build the relationship with food we desire. My path is different from yours, but seeing someone change their relationship with food in a positive way is inspiring. Videos like yours (and Jeff’s) have helped me rethink food and what I want my relationship with it to look like 5-30 years in the future, and that’s EVERYTHING!

I love how this shows if you make an effort to let your body settle where it wants eating mostly healthily, moving a way you enjoy, you don’t even need to worry about eating too much or too much of the wrong stuff without thinking. You can just rely on the normal cues, have a little bit of whatever bc you can trust your body won’t crave too much of the wrong thing, and not feel deprived.

It's really good to see you have fun and enjoy the food and the progress you've made. Having a larger appetite myself seeing the way you treat food as just food is really helpful. It's too easy to feel guilty or bad when explaining to people that yes I am eating that, all of that. Or telling my family that I am going to eat now and not in an hour because I am really hungry now. I understand that not every one gets the way I feel but the reaction I often get: Hunger? You don't know what hunger is. Or: Isn't that a bit excessive? That would be enough for me and my partner and we'd have some left. Is not helpful even if I shrug it of it does effect me. Or maybe it simply is the fact that there is no attempt from them to understand me. I am not overweight, I work out and my food choices are mostly "healthy" but for some reason the fact that I need more food is somehow onacceptable. No matter how I explain it, it seems that some people simply refuse to understand/accept the fact that you can't simply copy and past your own experience onto someone else. Which is sad, for them and sucks for me.

I think this comes from insecurity. People project the shame and guilt they feel about eating large amounts of food because they can't stand that you wouldn't also feel this shame. It's so sad, but thank you for honoring your hunger - people need to see that kind of behavior!

Great to see how far you’ve come! I went all in a few years ago because I had NO hunger cues from a previous eating disorder and it was the best thing I could’ve done for my body. I still don’t always eat healthy but I have a healthy relationship with food and my physiological responses to hunger are normal which is a heaven sent! Your video really highlights just how bad restricting can be for many of us. Enjoying food is a normal part of our survival since it incentivizes us to seek out different food sources that add to our overall health and brain function. It’s more important we foster a healthy relationship with food than simply just eating healthy. Much love and good luck to everyone on their food journeys! ❤

I used to eat just to eat and always felt hungry even when my body was screaming at me to stop my brain still wanted food bc it made me happy. Your "sciencey" videos after cheat days absolved me of the idea that a day of fun eats was going cause some irreversible "damage" or weight gain. Now, if I have a fun weekend with restaurants and maybe some doughnuts, I go right back to my normal ways, no restricting, no stress, and SURPRISE! My body is exactly what it was before. I get great lifts afterwards, too 😁 I also went through bouts of INSATIABLE hunger, and I would do a mini all in, and like clockwork, my hunger signals would calm down to normal levels. Thank you ❤️

5 years ago when you were making those cheat day videos I was at the peak of my eating disorder. My health was in danger, my hair was falling out, I had constant stomach aches, I lost my period for 6 months.. I was 13, I was self-conscious of my body, I wanted to lose weight. I started counting calories which led me to eating 800 cals one day and binging with 2500-3000 cals the next. I was watching your videos and I deeply resonated with your experience with extreme, overwhelming hunger. That went on for quite some time. But around the time you went all-in... I did too. And I rediscovered you. I was so proud of you and me, for being on this hard journey. I felt so understood, so accepted. And even tho I was struggling (with the disappointment of gaining weight, with the horrible bloating and with a lot more in my life in general), that felt right. And for the first time in my life I felt like I was doing something that was actually right for me. Now I'm almost 19 and I can proudly say I'm free of my ED. I'm free of the illness that was poisoning my mind and my body since I was like 11 years old. And I can say that all-in was the main thing that helped me with that. So I want to deeply thank you for sharing your experience with such a broad audience. 💗 I can only imagine the strength that it takes to go out and show the world all the struggles you're going through during such a delicate and healing time. But I'm proud of you for that, I really am. I'm proud of every single person struggling with similar issues but not giving up! We are definitely stronger than we think we are. And I want to thank you for the support I felt when I was watching you go through similar experience as me. I wish you all the best
