Hi, I’ve added a column of when the task was completed. What formula would I use to have it shown in the Days Left column that it has been completed - and is not overdue etc.

works, only the days are not displayed. (Excel 2016)
i did everything correctly but for some reason when something is overdue it shows red but as dashes. it does not say the days overdue. The rest shows the days left fine for blue and green with words but not the red. Please help.

The formula =TODAY()-B2 will give you an exact value of ZERO if the date is today. With that, you can conditional format or perform cell formatting in your Excel Worksheet accordingly. I hope I answered your question.
