Enlightenment is State of thoughtless awareness, Time is relative to thoughts that comes either from Past or Future. Divine is in Present and so is Enlightenment.

I hear what you’re saying but if I may I would like to respond with this. Enlightenment is indeed thoughtless awareness but just because one is ‘having’ thoughts does not necessarily mean one is unenlightened. The way I see it enlightenment is the dropping away of one’s sense of identity with that which is essentially unreal- such as thoughts, emotions, perceptions, perspectives, etc. As we identify more with our true nature which is conscious awareness it doesn’t matter if we’re having thoughts or not. Thoughts come and go. Awareness remains.

Although everyone is different, and it takes a 1 on 1 conversation with someone that can truly see inside you, to get you back to that original state. The more murky the water the longer it takes. If you can see through the murky water than you can help much faster. Once one person that is enlightened teaches another how to be enlightened, 2 people can now teach 2 people how to be enlightened and so on. Unless you are capable of doing it for yourself. That is a true blessing.

Indeed, meditate and you will understand. Its something that has to be experienced and felt, not to be understood by your tricky mind. With stop thinking Sadhguru simply means to go out of your mind. And to say to your mind 'think of nothing' still implies thinking indeed because you think again.. of what? of nothing. The way to achieve this absence of thought is to just relax and be a witness of it. Detach from your mind, as in, you are not your mind. Witness your thoughts, just witness them.

It was so frustrating trying to communicate my experience to the people around me, which was my first instinct - was to share it! Spread the incredible news! But...as I laid this in front of people asking them only to believe me, I had to be subject to people listening and then saying, "Hmmmmmmmmmmmm...yeah...no I don't believe you..." which is the ULTIMATE frustration. So I gave up. I stuffed the experience down, put it away. God bless people like you who are willing to dedicate their life trying to get through to the nonbelievers and unbelievers.

Becoming awakened spiritually is a completely different task. That task involves sexual abstinence, the Buddha's Eight Fold path, and a complete devotion to realizing the effects of negative and positive energies, thoughts, beliefs, and self image. Enlightenment seeks to bring down the wall, being awakened is finally realizing there never was a wall. And everything you want from your spiritual journey, can be found in seated meditation, just like every Buddha achieved their awakening.

Waking up is accepting reality for what it is, no matter how painful. Staying asleep shields us from the negatative side of natures dichotomy. Being awakened and happy however, now that is what we call enlightenment.

And the truth is, is you have a spiritually perfect being within yourself, and that spiritually perfect being is you, only expressing negativity through the projection of the self image, which can be influenced by any thought, idea, or external form. All religions are trying to say is, is that the true self is within you, you simply need not do anything, believe anything, or do anything, to be who you are supposed to be. The realization is that our divine morality is passive, we know what to do

Ofcourse you don't understand (yet). Because you haven't experienced it (yet). Osho (another mystic) used a very funny example. He said 'it is like explaining someone who has never tasted sugar, the taste of sugar'. You will in no way comprehend because you never experienced it. Just try meditation and dropping of the mind and identification as first steps. There are plenty of webpages, clips and books explaining how to do this. You have nothing to lose, I promise you it will enrichen your life.

NAMASKARA ! Firstly, My Very Great Respect to MHGuru Sadhguru. My Question is : What can be The Legal Right and Freedom of The Trimurti, To see The declination of The SATYA YUGA Happen ? During 2 - 3 Epoch, they turned a blind Eye to It . Is it not Something Everyone must adore ? Deities, Giants, Humans . My Next Question is : If The established knowledge about the YUGAS Concept and Timelines, is so Big, Within The Enlighten Mystics. Also the Chronological order and Bhagwan Kalpi's Role. It means, that, Its Somewhere Pre- composed. Is , known, by The Great Guru's from Which respectable Heaven it can Be From ?? Sincerely,

that great feats can be accomplished by anyone and it is not limited only by the great names that we know. Newton, Einstein and etc are great people but just because they labelled their findings with their name, it does not mean that the importance of the findings were not known to people in the past. And it is not right to underestimate their ability as well.

because after all your goal is to realize you are "one with everything" (whatever this means). and moreover no objective answer has been provided as to why you lose touch with your true self, since "enlightenment is a homecoming, back to your original self" which implies that its innate. so you are born with it and then you lose it. so the aim of life is to go back to it. if this doesn't hurt your head i don't know what does.

Does that mean there are persons around sadguru who have got enlightened also. If yes who are they and why don't they also speak to the world. If no then what's the use of going through such complex processes since it will happen to someone without the persons choice suddenly. Pls help me to understand better. I hope my question is taken in the right spirit. Its not to argue but to clear my own confusions. Thanks.

What does it mean to become enlightened? To become aware of the functions of the mind, including the psychological, behavioral, and the cognitive. Through our cognitive awareness, we can see all causes and effects within our behavioral level, realizing the immediate suffering caused by a negative outlook, or negative habit. Realizing that our internal world is what dictates our personal subjective reality and behavior, we then strive to take control back from desire, ego and attachments.

view education on the other hand as his very own spiritual accomplishment of understanding the One who creates it and is up to others to achieve the same accomplishment. So everyone is entitles for the similar accomplishment. Just because, one person lived earlier than I did, and was able to accomplish DISCOVERIES before I did, does not mean that I am not capable of doing such or that he is superior. So, please do not simple underestimate my intelligence and say stupid.

Well Ram, Krishna, and Shankara they are not educational scholars to patent their theories, and in fact they do not call those theories themselves but rather spiritual truth. These people are spiritual masters, who re-discovered the so called 'theories' because it is always there and had been known to their predecessors. And these people they did not look up for the 'theories' in internet, papers or whatsoever, but they realise through contemplation.

@opblaze SO you seriously think people who fought with bows and arrows had electricity, knew about solar system, had plastic, internet, iphone, cell phones etc? They were savages, who were advanced in philosphy, for their time, but no where as good as in modern age.

@opblaze this kind to self congratulatory attitude ruined the country. we should now have enough confidence to look at our failures objectively and learn from it, only then these is some scope for a better future.
