This has been so blow out of preportion. 😂 red ones go faster thats about the depth of it. Ive seen people say that they have gun shaped sticks that shoot... i dunno if it was just like that the ad mech wouldnt of studied their attack moons.

True, but it seems like they care doing their own thing a lot of the time. Given we barely see them, at all which is weird given how important they should be. I think as vashtorr comes more into the spotlight so will they, which I am excited for! Thanks for watching!

What you have to remember that time is different in the warp, some of these traitors have only experienced days since the heresy, this is probably why they still have their 30k era armours and weapons.

Let's not forget the daemon forges from the chaos realms also produce armor, weapons and more who are gifted to champions and considering space and time are in constant contradiction in the warp infused areas like The Eye of Terror the traitor legions and chaos warbands have some hardcore scores of warriors that are one man armies due to experience, blessings and gear. Which make sense since they are always outnumbered by the imperium.

I prefer the old lore when they pretty much depended on plundering and scavaging stuff from the imperium and the loyalists Like it gave their endless raids and crusades an actual reason beyond just "big evil bully won't leave the goodguys alone"

"How many High Elves are left?" Answer: "As many as we need there to be." Same thing with Chaos. They should have been whittled down to no more than an elite/demonic/insane few hundred after so long, but since they don't play that way on TT and writers want something more flexible, they had to get creative. Hence, demon magic, chaos gods, and Chaos shenanigans in general. Also the constant flow of new recruits being leeched off the Imperium helps. Use shenanigans or actual geneseed to make new marines, simple as. Chaos doesn't make sense, it doesn't track logically in how it operates, grows, or maintains ANYTHING. Some find that to be charming, I suppose. Others hand waive it due to "spiky marines cool". Which I disagree with, but to each their own.

They’re around the same way the loyalists are. Recruiting new aspirants from all kinds of sources. Voidborn slave populations, real space fortresses/empires/cults. Not to mention all the daemon worlds in the malestrom and eye of terror that have strange native populations.

@@sojh17 even then. The rate of attrition should be horrendous.+ The gene seed is hard to come by (mainly because they can grow it) + There is still to many Horus heresy veterans chaous space marine

@@yuvalgabay1023 I agree there are too many Horus Heresy vets. However on the gene-seed side, even excluding characters like fabius bile, I'm sure legions/large warbands with some established holdings have ways of farming gene-seed. Such as a few sufficiently large stables of test-slaves that they can get two new seeds off each every 5/10 years. Plus traitors don't have to tithe any gene-seed to the imperium. And even if due to mutation/battlefield losses their rate of growth is less stable than loyalists, where they would have these large farms would be in holdings in the warp that are relatively secure from the imperium. All that is also assuming that the Dark Mechnicum hasn't experimented on/and or and been contracted to grow gene-seed as they bargain with the various legions/warbands in the eye/malestrom.

Should be noted some legions don't even care about maintenance because the power of chaos just magically keeps them working. Like the Death Guard's gear, tanks and ships are all rusted, corroded and decaying but lose none of their lethality (most are even more durable). Many Chaos Marines are fused with their armor into this fleshmetal exoskeleton where you can't even maintain it as a mechanical piece of equipment anymore.

The Dark Mechanicum is a horror show of mechanics who do not have a shred of pity or remorse and you will not be disappointed by them when they do some of the most disgusting and disturbing things in their forges that will be used on every battlefield in the Galaxy.

The chaos power protects them from the warp degradation. Any many forge worlds and ships get sucked into the warp to get raided by them...thats what i always figured

Oh that is what happens. There are multiple avenues for chaos to get stuff, but in terms of larger amounts of stuff vashtorr is involved somehow. I don’t know this for sure but I think bigger groups tend to deal with him a bit more while smaller war bands or others who don’t care for him, just steal things. Thanks for watching!

Excuse the blatebtly obvious but if vashtorr is trying to become a 5th chaos God. And he is litterally the mafia arms dealer to the gods. (the one that brings them all together for a common goal) is actually chaos undivided. And this is why the iron warriors and the black legion have such a close relationship to him. The word bearers are questionable in there doctrine but vashtorr is like the central point of the 8 fold path. Also is vashtorr actually the reason that innovation is deemed heretical? Due to the emperors or maybe the omnissiahs knowledge that innovation will bring a new God to ascension

@unclesamlore stealing is just a part. I one of the wors bearer novels murdak talks about how the strip the died marines of their weapons and armour to repair and fit. He even talks about how the will highjack ships and refit them
