One of the most iconic scene is when someone said "let him cook (up some drugs)". This becomes an image macro, and people start to use it out of context to simply imply "let (x) do whatever x want"

Literally no one on earth in their right mind says the PL is the best. You'd have to a special kind of idiot. It's the Disney of football, an absolute disgrace to the sport that has gotten rid of the last sliver of culture it had in the 90s.
