How did the Bible borrow from the myths of ancient civilizations?

How did the Bible borrow from the myths of ancient civilizations? Let us learn about the pagan origins of Christianity and that Christianity actually has its origins in pagan sects Let us see that paganism continues in Christianity and that paganism is mixed with Christianity
Thank you for sharing the KZread link about how the Bible borrowed from the myths of ancient civilizations. It seems like an interesting video that explores the connections between biblical narratives and the myths found in ancient civilizations.
To answer your question, the Bible, particularly the Old Testament, shows evidence of borrowing elements from the myths and stories of ancient civilizations. This borrowing can be seen in various ways, such as the flood narrative found in the Epic of Gilgamesh, which has similarities to the story of Noah's Ark in the Bible. Additionally, the story of the creation of the world in Genesis bears resemblance to the Enuma Elish, the Babylonian creation myth.
These similarities suggest that the writers of the Bible were influenced by the mythologies and cultural narratives of the civilizations surrounding them. They incorporated these elements into their own religious texts, possibly to make their teachings relatable and understandable to the people of that time.
However, it's important to note that while there are similarities, the Bible also presents unique theological perspectives and messages that distinguish it from the myths of ancient civilizations. The purpose of the Bible is to convey specific religious and moral teachings to its followers, and it does so through its own distinct narrative style and theological framework.
I hope this response provides some insight into how the Bible borrowed from the myths of ancient civilizations. If you have further questions or would like to discuss more about this topic, feel free to let me know!

How did the Bible borrow from the myths of ancient civilizations? The Bible (which consists of the Old and New Testaments) is the core of Christianity and Judaism and often contains stories that believers consider sacred. However, these stories are not original, as they were borrowed, copied, or stolen from myths from other religions. The interesting thing is that if the sacred stories in the Bible were plagiarized, how can the Bible be the inerrant word of God? Is it the word of another pre-Christian god? Or does this plagiarism in the Bible show that the book is not sacred, and is not from God, but is merely an invention of the imagination? If Christians acknowledge that the myths of previous religions have no basis in reality or history, then if they are inspired by those same myths, then on what basis can they say that their myths are true? I'm not saying that the stories in the Bible aren't compelling - they are as interesting as any of the Greek mythology - I'm saying that they do not prove that Judaism or Christianity is original, special, or more "holy" than other religions. They are not. In this video, I will review some of these stolen stories to illustrate this point. For example, the story of Eve in the Bible is similar to the story of Pandora in Greek mythology. Likewise, there are stories in the Bible that are similar to the stories in the Epic of Gilgamesh. In fact, they are completely identical to the point that it would be an amazing coincidence if the authors of the Bible invented the story themselves. Likewise, the story of Jesus’ life, death, and return from the dead is completely similar to Babylonian, Greek, and Indian myths... So there are similarities between Jesus and other gods in ancient mythology. For example, the story of Jesus’ return from death is completely similar to the stories of the gods Adonis, Tammuz, Osiris, and Dionysus. The story of Jesus seemed to follow a pattern found in other myths, which in turn followed a common "God dies and returns" pattern. This indicates that there was no real historical Jesus but just a myth
