I think that flipping DDT to Swerve Strickland planted by "Absolute" Ricky Starks is absolute perfection. That maneuver is so unique that not many pro wrestlers equip that move.

Being in New Orleans, in his home town, gave "Absolute" Ricky Starks extra momentum and advantage. He is full of energy, and kept the crowd energetic. He kept his stamina and agility going without slowing down or stopping. He's very quick mashallah, as is Swerve Strickland. Even Keith Lee and Powerhouse Hobbs, both super heavyweights, can speed up. Encore to these four amazing competitors.

You can tell Tony and JR fw Keith heavy. Always talkin the good things about my man. Due to the size of people in roster, it would be so confusing how he wouldn’t be in the title picture. JR sees talent when he sees talent. Love it, showing my man some love.

Swerve Lee are a really good team even though they lost still great also this is my favourite feud in Aew between Starks and Keith with Swerve and Hobbs getting involved, amazingly fun match also.

Should’ve been the main event. I’m loving this team of Lee and Swerve. Gives them something new to do while natural stories develop for them and eventually get to title programs.

I love the full utilization of Keith Lee. But AWE has absolutely brought wrestling back to the forefront. Amazing.

@@nangsanbhalangblah333 I will never do that. I do hate when people are hot on someone then turn on them. At this point the audience are tweeners and they turn heel or face at will. That’s why MJF is one of my favorite wrestlers; I appreciate the amount of work he puts on and off the screen. I wish more heels had that dedication it adds to the story IMO.

The way Lee leapfrogged over Hobbs

Team Taz FTW! Their roster has to be some of the best in AEW. Hobbs def needs a giant push and the whole squad just gels together well.

Ricky Starks used his speed, skill, & prowess to score this match. It was like he was in a video game.

Starks did show how he has the skill set to go against 2 very different opponents with Different Size and skill advantages in the same match. There are reasons that this man has worked in a lot of Professional Wrestling Promotions and held Championships in many of them.

Had a friend very similar build to Keith Lee. You don't realize how big and strong that is til you head to head.

This was my favorite match of the night. Lee and Swerve are great, but Hobbs and Starks are studs as well

AEW is my Passion!!! This is AEW And this is the Real Professional Wrestling!

Yes I know Starks is going to be a big deal. Yes Lee has been brilliant for years and is going to do great in AEW. Yes I see the main stream appeal in Swerve but Powerhouse Hobbs is something special. He has such fantastic charisma and looks like a killer and is a good wrestler and promo. I’m all for Hobbs going out for a heel run soon. If AEW do the Casino Battle Royal I think Hobbs or Yuta should win. Reward the two who have been impressive and have broken out the most recently. If I’m AEW I’m having Lee beat Sky soon and building the TNT Title picture around Starks, Lee, Swerve, Sammy, Allin and Hobbs with Hobbs being the dominant champion until the Redeemer returns.

I like how they have been hyping Lee on bringing him up to adjust to the fans. He's just been ruthless showing no mercy to the other wrestlers and just overly dominant.

Awesome tag team match. Each wrestler did everything for their respective team and the last minutes to finish were genius. Needed victory for Team FTW.

What an incredible collection of in-ring talent this match. AEW is so stacked with awesome tag teams, and what a night of wrestling with many PPV quality matches. Glad my boy Ricky Starks got his shine this match, what a concept, having the hometown hero go over, a certain promotion would never.

Swerve moves this man is legit🔥❤

Good to see Keith on Dynamite again, he need to appear more and more

Powerhouse Hobbs deserves at least a shot at the TNT title, if he isn't going to outright win it. Some legitimate gold for Team Taz would be great for business... 👍

Every time I see starks defend that FTW belt it becomes more legitimate in my eyes. If someone was to take that from him now that would be a big deal.

Team Taz, best team I've ever seen. You might not like em, but you gotta respect their loyalty to each other.

Starks has some very interesting movesets. Hobbs might be the strongest man in AEW. And Hook is massively over. I don't know what is keeping Team Tazz out of title contention. All of the tools are definitely in place.

@@Raddon Yes, Starks broke his neck last year. But they clearly value the guy, giving him a spot on the commentary team with Taz and Excalibur. Starks is probably on the same level of talent and charisma as MJF, the only difference is MJF is in character almost all the time.

To be fair Keith Lee and Swerve came after the comment and again none of the guys in this match are in any title contention yet

When you get 4 charismatic beasts wow !!! this is star power honestly i can watch a lee,swerve,starks or hobbs match all day they just get me excited and like they are tearing the house down !!! Team Taz in general is amazing big fan.

Hobbs & Starks "we go have us some fun, we go have us some fun" hope all 4 guys find a level or respect for another they put in some work in this match.👏

Even though I already knew the outcome of the match, I popped for the pin when I had the chance to watch it for the first time earlier today. Team Taz NEEDED that win, badly.

Quality match and great to see the good guys get the win in Ricky's hometown. Hobbs and Starks are awesome.

They’re gonna take this at Double or Nothing, like a Street Fight or something, because this ain’t over by a long shot. It’d be awesome if there was another ECW Alumni that teams up with Lee & Swerve, like “The Innovator of Violence”.

Aside from that, it could be any ECW Alumni, and the other person whom I’d love to see Kick Tazz’s Ass one more time, other than Dreamer, would be the Suicidal Homicidal Genocidal Death Defying…….SABU.

Swerve is a real high flying specialist where he gives them Charisma and importance. And Keith Lee just has massive power and these makes you shake in a great way.

Everyone of these guys is, and at this point its a crap shoot between swerve lee and starks on whos the most underrated

I could watch Hobbs lay down spinebusters all day long. It's a thing of beauty.

Starks is so good in the ring. He knows what to do and when. Real star of the future.

This episode of dynamite was unbelievable. I have not been this invested in any programs to the extent of this episode. The card was stacked and every match was great in their own way except for Marina’s debut. I will say I wish Joe v Suzuki ended in a draw. Why did Suzuki lose the title in his first defense. It would’ve created this rivalry. Their back and forth was lightning in a bottle! I’m not the most knowledgeable on Njpw just seen the high profile Kenny v Okada and a couple G1’s; so is there a particular reason he dropped the belt

Suzuki only won the title to give it to Joe...the latter would have won the title initially but they obviously wanted him to win it on AEW Dynamite, and wanted the Suzuki dream match. This was the easiest way to do it. Plus, if Suzuki had held it for a while then it'd be unbelievably obvious that Joe was going to win...even if Joe obviously wasn't going to lose, the rarity of a champion losing on their first defence gave the potential for the outcome to be a draw, increasing investment in the match

Mark my words, Starks is gonna be a big deal wrestler in the same level as the young Rock was, They're too similar, Starks has got whole package, the charisma the entrance the move set the finisher the high entertaining level match

He can't be the same level as the rock cause pro wrestling has 6 million less fans than when the rock was on tv over half of pro wrestling viewers have dropped since the rock was there

So much talent in one match, great time to be a wrestling fan I tell ya.

These four men are fucking great in & out the ring together.

Alright, I love the tag team of Swerve Strickland and Keith Lee. If they stay as a tag team with occasional singles match, will it be good to call them "Limitless Swerve"?

ECW ain't dead. It just takes naps on occasion until the fans wake it up with that chant

Or the Tag Team titles scene instead of Jurassic Park and rEDragon for the 5th time. rEDragon have suspiciously been getting great booking and on TV every week while other stars can't even get on Dark

I love that one of Keith Lee's signature moves now is the YEET.

Swerve rolling to the corner was great to see. Rolling saves more energy than crawling.

Dynamite has been consistently good man ,seems to get more and more entertaining every week. 👏

Keith and Swerve are two of my favorite wrestlers, but I never thought about teaming them up. I love it.

That backwards leap frog was beautiful Keith.

The fact that Hobbs can Spinebust Keith Lee, and still have it look picture-perfect is insane. Speaking of, that Stadium-wide THUD when Keith got slammed onto the ring was legendary.

Heels cheat and get the win, everyone in the match looks fantastic, and the fans enjoy some quality wrestling, win win win win win

Swerve and Lee is the tag team I didn’t know I needed so much

All 4 of these men are on the path of excellence. Can't wait to see what the future has for them.

How perfect is Lee for making Hobbs spinebuster look a million dollars. Perfect timing and a core shaking this when he hits the mat. This feud doesn't have any titles or a deep promo filled story and it's still so exciting

My favourite thing on what was a fantastic show. All four of these men are future World Championship material and even though, when this feud is over with, every one of them will have eaten a pin (with Ricky most likely to eat the pin in the eventual tag team rematch) all four will come out of it looking phenomenal. It's such a rare thing to have a feud like this where all four people involved are elevated off the back of it - even though they've all lost at some point. Loved it. Loved the booking, loved the Taz involvement, loved that they gave Starks so much in his home town. Home run.

Khan read the audience, sent out Tazz to make the audible and they went with home town favorite... even though Spark's should've gotten the pin, but keeping Hobbs strong also works. Lee and Swerve are beyond OVER so they can wear this lose as if its a win.
