Okay you gotta tell me man....DAP says "our premium wood filler accepts ALL types of stain or varnish". Not a single mention of it needing to be "water based" also. Which I'm almost finding hard to believe. I have extremely limited experience but I've read tons of times you arent supposed to mix. But this is also the only wood grain filler that I found as multipurposed. I was stoked when I read I could pop some of my stain in. Problem being it's minwax penetrating oil stain. I'm half tempted to roll the dice....it couldn't possibly look worse than a bunch of unfilled woodgrain with a poly coat having sunken in 😂 gotta love a father's day deadline!!!! (To be clear I wasn't calling the video out, I saw you were as excited as I was...but heck...if it can take oil based products as well...then that's next level stuff from the looks of it!)

I tried oil stain. It didn't harden. If it does harden it would take a long time. I was a bit disappointed.
