This video is about how large content creators such as DisguisedToast, Ludwig and Tarik are doing things that are great for Valorant esports. This includes Disguised Toast's Valorant team, DSG (Disguised) who competed in the Valorant Open Qualifier for Challengers NA, alongside teams such as The Nation and Untameable Beasts (with Sinatraa and Marved). Now they have qualified, they will play against teams like G2, The Guard, FaZe and M80. If they win Challengers and Ascension, they could play in the franchise league with teams like Sentinels, 100T, C9, LOUD and Global Esports. Ludwig and Tarik hosted an invitational tournament (Valorant LAN) with 4 teams included: The Guard, Sentinels, TSM and T1. It was a great tournament, and players like TenZ, Sacy, pANcada and trent played very well in it.

@@shivenverma I guess it depends on what you're looking for in the cast, if "no way" and "what is happening right now" is the level of commentary I can expect, I'd rather just listen to some music or something. The thing that makes a cast interesting to me is the play-by-plays, actually talking about what's happening and what the players have to do next, and at least from the clips shown in this video that's replaced with basically just.. nothing of value, just empty hype

The casters were probably the best part of the Tarik x Ludwig Invitational. They didn't have to censor themselves for the tourney (For the most part) and they could just go nuts. It was so fun to watch the pros do something fun and see the casters erupt in cheer.

i love tarik expanding his brand from a cracked CS player to one of the most successful streamer outhere
Great video, I had no clue Toast made a team. Crazy to see his name up there with a bunch of high tier teams lol. I loved the Ludwig/Tarik tournament, hope it happens again.
Wow I had NO idea that Disguised Toast made a pro team who qualified, or that Tarik and Ludwig recently hosted a successful LAN tournament. Thanks for making this awesome video and informing casual members like me of this exciting news in the Valorant community! 💯
to say that the Ludwig x Tarik Invitational was good would be an understatement, it was super entertaining watching rules be broken in the showmatch and seeing the casters have so much fun, finally able to root for teams or players, and fuck around tons. also happy to see t1 and t2 teams playing in a different setting that isn't solely an intense situation
Yeah the thing that I loved in cs too, cs summit. The interactions between players are what I'm into, its really fun to watch.
babe wake up new Commend video
Anyone that has watched beyond the summit tournaments know how important that could be for expanding players/teams brands. It's one of the only environments where you will see people actually be themselves, and not "everyone played great, we gotta work hard and play for a better showing next time" answers to every question. It's awesome.
The ludwig vs tarik match was so fun. Especially gun game on the final map of lotus. The trash talk, the knifes, the teabags, just a delight all around

The Lud Tarik event was brilliant, watched the whole thing live. It was so entertaining, everyone killed it!
Seeing Lud bring people to the summit house caught me off guard, I remember watching the first summit for melee live
As someone who doesn’t really care for any esport outside of Dota, Csgo, and a couple FGC games I find this really cool. Especially DSG, you could just see how much Toast cared for his team. Props to Ludwig for helping make esports a more accessible thing also!

I honestly think the Valorant competitive scene would be dead without streamer events and their watch parties. VCT is truly not always the most exciting nor digestible thing for people new to the comp FPS esports scene and i think its viewership would've sorta died out if not for streamers and content creators.
The thing with small lans with well thought out production that includes comms is that we won't get to see teams play their best because you wouldn't want strats leaked for larger pro events. It's for the content but hey I'm all for the content!
"How Content Creators are Saving Valorant" minecraft: First Time?
I stopped watching pro Valo because it’s hard to keep tabs on everyone because of the roster shakeups + the new tiered systems. Having CCs involved helped bring me back a bit.
Amazing video, that's all I can say.

Valorant would be dying slowly without these content creators. The pro scene rn is a shitshow made out of pros/semi pros/and people who are "pro" because of a deal. Imagine if tarik would've not hopped on to valorant. Imagine ludwig didn't do shit with valorant. Imagine all the others creators like OTV didnt hop on. I REALLY hope that riot collabs with streamers/content creators for some massive events to hype up the game.

commend why did you model your logo after cnn? I know you are using the Valorant font, but the colors and letters used could easily be mistaken for cnn. I think if you made your logo colors more similar to the valorant branding it would be clearer and more on brand. Use a hot red border, fill with black, and hot red letters same font.

I'm British, so honestly CNN didn't factor into my thinking at all. I do see the resemblance though! I'm hesitant on using the straight Valorant colours because I want to be my own entity, and if that ever involved switching games then I'd want my own colour. I'll definitely give it some more thought tho :)
