Company don't prefer people with career gap 4. Company don't want non it candidates And lots of other reason...

I have a question here suppose a candidate joined X company with 2 years of fake experience where he gets a software engineer role directly unlike trainee or associate role, but he shifts to Y to company here he removes 2 year fake experience and submit documents with only X company experience. So here when he submits offer letter of X company (only 1 company exp) documents where it’s not a trainee or associate position directly how he got software engineer position since it’s his 1st company. will verification will be done like this also?

Sir does demanding bank statement from the candidate is appropriate?? If yes ,then how they cross verify the bank statement ??

Hi sir I have booked a mock schedule on topmate I don't know it's getting rescheduled each time whenever the mock timing is approaching , maybe it's a topmate system issue or I don't know it's very frustrating from the user end as facing the same issue 5 or 6 times

That would be helpful because from last week it's getting rescheduled 5 times whenever the time approaches nearby.I was hoping for today but few minutes back again got rescheduled and I had to reschedule again as I have no option.Its very frustrating from user end because we take out valuable time and plan the activity and then at the last moment it's rescheduled.I think topmate should not provide dates to select if slot is not available

In Duties & Responsibilites what they will ask? If a person is Manual resource and working on Automation support(less automation work and more manual work) but in the interview mentioned that he is a automation resource, is that considered as Fake Experience as well? Kindly help with the response.
