When they change the Ram it went to bios. U need to change the bios hard disk boot order. May be reinstall OS. I think old computer was ok.

He don't do any repairs,if you have extra ram or hdd and you can check yourself but you have knowledge how to disassemble and assamble safely 💯

if hdd is faulty it will redirect to boot screen.... if ram is faulty display will be blank... but in this case display is there for seconds... protection circuit switching board off may be shorted component somewhere....

Hello Shashi Bhai, I have a laptop which I custom made from China few years back, it was working fine, but now it has issues, it's not turning on. I showed it to some experts here, they said there has issues with it's motherboard and they don't have motherboard to replace that. I have a question to you if you can suggest where I can get the laptop motherboard or can someone from china can custom made that? The laptop I purchased from is Yepo company there in China.

@ shashi , since my concern is HTC 10 ( released 2016 ) , Im hopefully keeping Taiwan in the list.. not strictly Taiwan ONLY... any region / country where HTC cellphones are still available / spares availablility .. though HTC is now a ailing player in mobile phone market..

AIO PCs are kinda nasty and are crappy to get inside, but if you where given one and or have to use it, there is really no choice. There is too many integrated components and getting them off is a pain. This is really where custom PCs win and are the most economic choice, but they want to take it away from us all. At the end of the day it's better to service it than bin it, just takes more labour but that's how it should be anyhow once we think about it. You get to keep it in the long run.
