Bhai . Chinese and Tibetan are different people . We tibetan have diff respect for Indian because we believe that Bharat is the land of harmony and the land where HH The Dalai Lama live . The guide is Tibetan and he is not liable to to carry luggage , drive and pay for his first two days when bank were close . But he did it out of his love for India but he won’t show it out of Chinese govt pressure . Jai Bharat

As a chinese, I like this Tibetan guide very much , reliable and knowledgeable. He can speak fluent Mandarin and drive safe with the right Steering wheel car ,which is total opposite with China traffic way, Particularly in High altitude place, the High altitude has a heavy impact on human body, It is dangerous for people living in the plain area

This road is not a highway, it should be a G219 and G318 national road. China's highways are fully closed and tolled throughout. In Tibet, only the highway north of Lhasa is under construction, and it should not be open to traffic yet.
