How Chef Wolfgang Puck Serves 25,000 Dishes at The Oscars Every Year - Mise En Place
Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль
We follow Wolfgang Puck and over 200 of the best chefs from his restaurants around the world to see how they have been catering the Oscars Governors Ball for the last 25 years. The crew prepares 25,000 dishes to serve 1,500 celebrities in the span of one hour. From the prep work, to firing every dish as soon as the last award is announced, we see what it takes to pull off the night flawlessly.

Respect you so much senior chef, Wolfgang Puck! From Cambodia 🇰🇭 🙏🏻
"my job is just being here, being Wolfgang" LEGEND
This shows that it takes hard work and structure to get where he’s at. When they all said “yes chef” that’s how you know you made it. Legend!
This man is amazing. As much as I love being a chef I am done after the summer season. But I love this man
I do love clips of Jose Andres talking to other chefs about how well they cut their ham.
"I'll get it when I'm dead." Some deep stuff there.
3:14 That woman is probably regretting her life decisions now .
"It's all about leadership, he give the direction and follow too" that line.. is kinda double meaning at there.. ahaaha!.. btw the cleanliness of the food and everything was superb.. no wonder wolfgang was been admired by all the chef in the world
eater I found myself to be in such a good mood watching your video! Thanks and take good care!
7:12 its great that his son byron is probably going to take over and continue his legacy.

I’ve been to one of his restaurants, and let me tell you, it’s so delicious that there’s no word for it
Not just great preparation and great food... but the BEST ingredients cooked by one of the BEST chefs in the world. I mean wow... wagyu, caviar, iberico ham, black truffle... damn. Can I get an invitation to next year's Oscars?
Looks like a pretty smooth operation for so many dishes. I could imagine the chaos for the days before, but that is a great team, enjoying themselves during such a stressful service.
This is what hardwork and foccus and being the best of you offers you. Beautiful indeed!
I have been working in one of his restaurants, he is a great chef and a wonderful man!
Pharrell and Jose Andres in the same kitchen. Wow. 2 people who influenced and inspired me in a positive way
