With the glorious abundance of cheese we enjoy in our world today I find it hard to believe how many people still do heroin.

Would love to try Winnimere cheese! Look so soft :)
Came down here to make an Amy Schumer joke, but I see we're all on the same page. Nice.
Did Amy Schumer and Joaquin Phoenix started a food channel on KZread?
Winnimere is my all time favorite cheese. It's hard to find, but when I see it, I can't pass it up. It's amazing!
I recognized the name Jasper Hill Farms from when I lived in Vermont! I looooove Vermont cheese!
Love everything about this segment: the cows, the technique and the cheese of course! Thanks for making me hungry (yet again) Eater!
I love this series and Dan Does both are great!!
Aww. My home place.. 🤙 keep up the great work everyone! You guys are legends!!!
At 0:38 you see them opening Winniemere and drinking Hill Farmstead's Florence beer, which is brewed just about 2 miles away for Jasper Hill's Cellars. Some of the best cheese and beer from the US is made in this tiny tiny area. Gotta love Vermont for this. ♥
Educating and fun :) More "How To Make It" episodes please.. Thank you
6:47 I love how she loves the cheese

That is what most dairy cows look like when they are in milking phase. They are putting their energy into making milk, not storing the energy as fat. It’s genetics of dairy breeds. Those dairy cows look to be very healthy. Being under educated before coming to conclusions about agriculture and how our food is produced is a major problem in the US.

it's because the dairy industry abuses cows
So the cows are kept underground, chained around their necks, will never seen sun or grass, and have no access to anything but water and hay... Edit:I’m sure parts of that are wrong, but that’s the way I understood this.

Karan Gour yet all cows are impregnated then there babies are ripped away from them cows don’t produce milk there milk is for their babies the same as any other living thing that produces milk we only make milk after having a baby
@tipico71

I don’t think the tails are cut? The hair is only shaved, there’s no stump or anything. They’re still long, and the only thing cut is the hair at the end. It’s not hurting them. Its like cutting the hair on a horses tail too. It doesn’t hurt them, it’s just like cutting/shaving off our own hair.
Nice Video
