Imagine if the rules that the West must comply with were introduced in Pakistan. Then there would be requirements for personal protective equipment, extraction, and not least rules for dealing with acid and recycling/disposing of water. But since Pakistan receives aid from the West for development, a large part of that money goes to the development of nuclear research and administration, there is not much left to fix the country

Технологиям, показанным в данном видео, никак не менее 150 лет. А высоким технологический уровень Пакистана кажется обывателю лишь потому, что технологический уровень, так сказать, европейской части СНГ, неуклонно снижается.

I don't know for sure, but just looking at the video, hydrochloric acid, two different kinds of oil, a degreaser, some sort of detergent, some sort of electroless zinc plate solution, a neutralizer, potassium dichromate and a different neutralizer. By western standards, this shop is an environmental catastrophe but without context it is impossible to say whether it matters. If the local environment is already trashed and there's no seepage to aquifers or streams, continued operation is the best choice for the local economy. I hope the guys using the dichromate wash well (including their faces) before eating.
