@@TheWarehouseSeries my trainers are great so I’m doing really well . They told me to spend the first few weeks just learning the warehouse before trying to make any time. And I lose the training vest after making 100% two weeks In a row, which I can decide to do at my pace.

How’s it going Tim, great videos you make , learned a lot from you, I’m a selector at Sysco in Honolulu Hawaii. I’m one of top selectors here just hit 100,000 cases error free. Here we have 1 stop pallets and some multiple stop pallets for smaller customers, you should make a video about building by stops, I column stack sometimes in order to get the stop 1 cases on front or on top of the pallet especially if it’s only a few pieces coming off the pallet for the drivers first stop it helps them for digging for cases. But thanks good content. Keep the videos coming

I’ve been working at associated foods for about 3 months now & i can say work on getting familiar with where you want to put certain cases on your pallet, before trying to go fast. You almost always make the same stops. So just know where you want to put things. And speed comes with.

I totally agree, I'd Absolutely rather have a Nice pallet that I can be proud of ( Make sure I pull right up in the middle of the warehouse (Out of the way) and wrap it so everyone sees it) 🤣and pull a %100, Then have a pallet I'm embarrassed of and pull a %115! And that right there is what separates the ones that enjoy this job from the ones that are just there for a paycheck! Someone once told me "If there is something worth doing, You might as well do it right!" That always stuck with me!

@johantabares7218 lol the thing is, There is a Method to Every single order you get and if followed You won't even have to try and make it look like a "Masterpiece". It automatically will look nice. And that mY friend is my point! The guy who just Throw's and Go and Jam Cram, And Smash's their Pallets together without a second thought will continue to have Atrocious pallets that they will get called back for and the poor person at the store will have to have their day ruined, Or the Loader or Unloader because your pallet fell over when in transit.

Gonna sound kinda stupid, but winging it is sometimes half the fun. It's actually how I learned to have a process, and recognize patterns after a bit. I personally hate stacking water and Gatorade unless I have quite a bit of them.
