Miss Mir...imagine having as many predators as birds have. I was on my lunch break one day & a bird laid hurt along the road. I stopped & got out & moved the bird away from the road. Unknown to me I only moved him to be killed by a predator. At least now I know to hide them when I move them. hugs...Judie

But it is an odd situation for someone not used to reaching out and grabbing wildlife. The man's a saint (that's why I watch his vids), You don't need to explain anything to me lol. ;)

This helped me enormously a couple months ago when a wee bird flew into my window. The little dear recouped and let me know when she was ready to go. It was so gratifying to see her fly away! Thank you!!

When my cat was still free to roam (we now walk her on a leash, buggy, and are setting up a fenced-in enclosure) I had several loony moments of galavanting into other people's yards xD Once, she didn't come home at the end of the day, and it was suddenly the middle of the night and no sight of her; I literally, at like 1am, am yelling for her, going from garden to garden xD I ended up finding her INSIDE someone's garage, but it was locked. No one answered the door. And the only thing that prevented me from breaking into that garage (I literally thought to myself "fuck me, I'm going to have to replace their garage-window, AFTER I BREAK INTO IT, it's gonna be expensive AF..." was the fact that a bedroom window was slightly ajar on the first floor, and I managed to wake up someone. xD It had to have been hella creepy for them tho, snoozing away, only to be awakened by a gentle voice (probably unpleasantly close to their ear) going: "Um, excuse me? It's the neighbour from the house down the street. Sorry for waking you, I'm not a burglar or anything, I just, could you help me free my cat from your garage?"

Most people would've ignored the loud bang on the window, but not you. I applaud you good sir.

Adorable, wonderful! We had a 'bird strike' on the window at College (no bird died) and I put a note up to ask each teacher to put the screen back over the window when they finish class. No bird strikes since! Hooray!👌
