I've found that doing wrist curls while supinating across (bringing my pinkie finger over as opposite as I can) works my pronation muscles more. I've added almost an entire inch to my forearms doing this with low weight and high reps almost daily. Oh, and high rep twists.

Can u explain what does the riser do Like what is the benefit from having a strong riser? And what u lose if u lose ur riser?

You have zero access to your posting and your opponent is in a better position which makes it even harder for you. If you start arm wrestling with a club you’ll feel it and understand. When I lose my riser it completely disables my ability to be offensive.

Losing the riser means losing the high ground. Losing the high ground means losing leverage advantage, and so on. And basically riser is a replacement for cup. It's either you cup or rise.

Ur riser put pressure on the wrist flexion and supination of the opponent, if you have strong pronation and rising force u use both at the same time to attack than hand

@@EmilianoZap to add, your riser also protects your pronation by keeping your fingers higher and giving your pronator more leverage.

The muscles responsible for wrist flexion can also flex fingers. Try to flex your fingers while your wrist is fulley flexed, you will notice how it's more challenging to close them; because these muscles are already used for wrist flexion and leave very little room for fingers.
