Everything about this bike is great! Mega Reinforced Frame! Front shock absorber! Presence of lubricant in the moving joints! Assembly is done with love and a hammer!

There is an invention; known all over the world under the name “tables”. Their big brothers, the work tables, can very well prevent the frames from looking like they have been in use for 10 years when they are delivered. A second, no less helpful invention are boxes. You can place the finished parts into this and then carry them to the next production station. You don't have to throw everything on the floor. Rarely does it make parts better.

No Brasil anos 70 e 80 eram fabricadas bicicletas com garfos desse mesmo modelo. Caloi Berlineta, Brandani Bikendur, Monareta Kross, etc.

Notice the non-functional shocks. Front forks / black accordion rubber @ 12:16 .

Tables take up space and they break. Just tossing stuff around is faster and labor is cheap, just have couple guys just for picking things off the floor. There is no OSHA and no QC standards. There is only one priority, production, production and production.

I like the self calibrating drill press. The specialized precision wobble of the boring drill bit aligns to dead center every time, all the time. This high precision self calibration is done to eliminate any variances in the casting process to bring the final bore down to microscopic tolerances.

Judging by the powder coat job and the brakes from the 80's I would tend to agree.

They sell those things? I wouldn't pay $80 bucks for one of those.

That's impossible, they wrapped it in bubble wrap. As we all know, things wrapped in bubble wrap are scratch free and sign of high quality.

Это как с грузовиками: поставил раму двойной толщины, двойной пакет листов в рессоры - и на 10-тоннике можешь смело возить 20 тонн. Так и здесь - сел сам, на раму полкишлака детей посадил и на руль ещё столько же.

Those are forward facing dropouts on a single speed without a chain tensioner. There's no way to properly tension the chain as the drivetrain wears.
