She definitely did something F’d up to that elephant. There another story of an old man that always helped the elephants near his village and when he died the elephants mourned his death and every year on the day he died all the elephants do a procession to his house all on their own. This has gone on for many years after his death. Elephants are amazing animals

It cannot be a coincidence. Yes, elephants are known to be aggressive when on heat periods and other times, but for an elephant to attack a person twice, means that person did something to it personally. If you watch wildlife documentaries where a lioness kills an elephant's baby, she pursues the lion. They mourn for their dead like humans especially mother elephants.

Elephants are known to be gentle and compassionate which also mean they are capable of hanger too. Elephants has the longest gestational period, they carry their baby for almost 2years or more because they develop very slow and their brain takes the largest space for memory. If the woman did help capture and kill her baby. Then she had it coming because Elephant NEVER FORGETS.

Elephants have excellent memory I worked at the Philadelphia Zoo with 5 camels and and elephant named Beth and Beth was my buddy I gave her apples and would sit and talk to her for an hour after I got off the clock (she would offer her trunk in a shand shake and every time I'd fall for it and she wouldn't let go until 1 hour had passed) years after I stopped working at the Zoo I went back to see my old friend and when I called her name she spun around and walked over to where I was offering her trunk in a handshake but unfortunately because of her enclosure I was unable to grab her trunk, but still I stayed for an hour talking to her to the awe of the bystanders. I explained that I used to work with her. Damn I miss Beth but she's at an Elephant reserve living her best life now.

This is weird. Just like a story I recently saw on the History channel, here on KZread. About a tiger in Russia that was shot by a hunter. It didnt die but retreated to lick its wounds and proceeded to follow the hunter to his house. It stalked him for two days and pounced on him at his house. Mind you the house was far away from where the hunter shot it. The way it killed him was with rage it tore his clothes, his property and ate him until it left no piece of flesh or bone. The attack was clearly personal and premeditated. Its scary to think that animals can act like people.

The woman led Poachers to the village where this Elephant lived. Poachers kidnapped and sold the baby Elephant while this woman distracted the mother Elephant in the video. She threw large rocks at the mother Elephant, preventing her from saving her baby. According to my research, the mother Elephant walked a mighty long way to locate this woman. Once Elephants catch your scent they never lose it. They also hold a grudge for life. This woman apparently picked the wrong Elephant. This story is 100% true. According to my research, the Poachers killed the baby Elephant. The mother avenged her baby’s death. Gorillas/ Chimpanzees have been known to do the same to Poachers. The way the Elephant responded, is the epitome of “On sight”. She made a promise and kept it. ✊🏽

I hope her soul will rest in peace and it's a lesson for us all to treat animal nicely and they will reciprocate, my dog sit on the couch with us in the living room even watch cartoons with my children. Elephants don't attack for no reason. No wild animal attacks human beings for no reason. Often times, they attack when they feel threatened or when you're a potential prey. If a lion isn't hungry and doesn't feel threatened by your presence, it will mind it's own business. That woman definitely did something to that elephant. It's not only elephants that are vengeful

My uncle apparently witnessed the event prior to the woman’s death during his visit to Odisha that same day. Simply the elephant was a mother, the woman was a poacher, she killed the elephant’s child, elephant witnessed it, then woman was pummeled to death by the mother elephant. I mean, what if it was the case for a human mother and child that were simply just living their life then someone random comes by and murders their child without knowing why? It’s a mother’s love, a mother’s grief, and a mother’s rage.

  • @aleazuzu

Elephants and orcas are HIGHLY emotional - ESPECIALLY about their young. This woman did something, or this elephant would not have singled her out; THEN, come to her funeral to make sure she was dead, and kill her again just in case. Like Schuler King said, who told the elephant when the funeral was? He remembered and was hurt about it. BE KIND! Be kind others, to animals, and MOST of all, SHOW respect to JESUS who made us, the animal and everything!! 🥰

People in the comments keep saying she must have done something to offend the elephant. Didn’t you guys hear that she was throwing stones which helped the hunters kill the elephant’s child? Is that not bad enough? Maybe she is the one the elephant recognized most or whose scent he could perceive since we know women love perfumes and all that. I doubt the male hunters had distinct smells
