HOW an African American built a real estate in GHANA | Ayi mensah Park.. Kofi Anku

Ойын-сауық

After returning from Ghana, Malcolm X placed his vision of African-American engagement with The Continent at the core of his Organization of Afro American Unity...
Ayi Mensah Park is honored to build on this rich legacy of Ghanaian & African-American collaboration.
An African American Kofi Anku returns home to Ghana to become a shareholder and board member of Ayi Mensah Park, a vibrant, 200-unit townhouse community.
As Executive Director of Volta Ghana Investment Company, he has overseen land development in Pokuase, Aburi, and Batsonaa for more than a decade. In 2015 with EU based partners, Kofi pioneered Ghana’s largest commercial-scale tomato greenhouse.

I'm a Jamaican living in the US. I have recently started watching vlogs out of Africa and I credit this to my older sister. I am so glad to see the progress and work that this young man is doing in Ghana. Yes, many for blacks/Africans who are living in the Diaspora should return and help build up the continent. I hope to visit Ghana one day. I would love to own a home there. Up, Up, with Africa.

What I get from this video is the best thing to do, if one wants to return to Africa, is to look at what you can do for Africa, not what Africa can do for you. Do not go to Africa JUST looking for a job. There are tons of Africans in Africa who need jobs. Go to Africa with skills and the ability to make Africa an even better place than it is.

I want to caution my fellow Americans about feeling you need to flee America because of the media’s attention on certain events that lower our vibration and make us feel angry, fearful and hate towards others. Don’t let the media get you carried away to where you lose your cognitive ability to see and think logically. I love the idea of living in Africa because I had the opportunity to travel the continent and see many countries where I could live very happily. However, don’t let the media brain wash you into believing your world is ugly and negative and that you have nothing to be grateful for with your life in America. The media has a way of pointing a camera at unique situations and then through heavy broadcasting convince us to believe what we see on the screen is actually our reality when it is not. Show your ancestors your gratitude for the accomplishments we have made as a community. We are being pushed to embrace the idea that we are victims. The reality is that this is the best time to be Black in America. We each have the opportunity to self-actualize, achieve any educational or career goal and live a positive, successful life in America. Do not let the media act as a weapon to lower your frequency vibration and make you see the world in their view, rather than your beautiful reality. Express positivity, gratitude and optimism. When you see negativity remain neutral, do not let them change your vibration. This is a historic time and the Earth is in transition between polarities. Your vibration needs to remain high to ascend to the New Earth. Let your Free Will reign, not the media’s campaign to trap your soul in a negative vibration. Love and Light ❤️

@@AbbyNixon people usually buy their land and build their houses but now there are many projects coming up by developers, search Rugarama Park as an example. Am so impressed that they’re so many of our people are coming home to build their homes in Africa. Africa is my paradise and am not surprised there’s a lot happening in our mama land. Big up to our brothers and sisters reconnecting with our mama land totally and consciously. Ghana is my home full of excitement but it’s the same with the rest of our mama land. When I was in Accra, I was staying at home where bedrooms combined with bathrooms plus a large diner and lounge. A downstairs WC and a garage. Forty one years ago when I landed in Accra and forty one years on, Accra has still got the lovely homes and still big too. Akos Dentaa beautiful as ever.

Sister Dentaa is doing a great job. Keep marketing our own companies. We are really proud of you guys. Great!!! They are a really reliable company so if you really need a peaceful accommodation with a negotiable price then kindly contact them. Ghana 🇬🇭 is a nice, peaceful, and cool place. Everything is negotiable. You are technically involved in the pricing moment. Your skills determine the market of the day. Don't get scared of the initial stage. All you need is a good human relation to voice your intentions genuinely.
