In 2013, akke chen/enchantress is a must ban, you can see in the TI finals, Navi ban most of their first ban for enchantress/chen, as well as Alliance afraid of Puppey's chen and ban it

Damn I was there at G1 in Shanghai back in 2013 and I still have pictures of me with EGM and AKKE. It was really a pity I didn't have a chance to get close to loda coz there were so many Chinese fans since dota1. I started playing dota around late 2012 so I didn't know how famous loda was in the community. How time flies buddy

since the late nTh i became a fan of the source material of Alliance, that team was so amazing to watch, so many groundbreaking strategies, so much thinking out of the box. Amazing team it was

I think you underestimate the power of alliance. The thing is you can’t ban all of their signature heroes: S4 - puck and batrider Bd - LD and NP EGM - naga and io Akke - Chen

OG is a great team but we know what happens when they start the season strong, they choke at TI just like VP. BOth 2018 and 2019 they had no pressure and went to ti9 with good and cheesy strats. THey win 2 lans in 2 years and they're the best? I dont think so.

Fun fact, this was not the first time a western team win a Chinese Dota tournament. Before Dota 2 Loda and his clssmates (all Swedish) went to china and conquered it, that's where he got the L-God title.

G1 Season 5 was a teaching game for them. They didn't learn at ahl during TI3 either. But sadly within a year or two everyone of alliance's signature heroes got nerfed. NP, Batrider, Io, Puck etc.. Wings gaming did the same during TI as well too bad the Chinese disband them. Another good run was ESL One New York by VG gaming solidifying Fy as a god tier support.
