    Honestly, dont matter the color of the deck or if is new or the same, CGB content is fun to watch ( when is UW is just even better imo)

    What was interesting is he beat his worst matchup (Temur Analyst) and lost to what I would of thought his easier matchup (Ramp). But I watched the watch party and you called that second game. Where he had to change to aggressive and put ramp on pressure.

    I love these "does it Bo1" videos. Especially pulling from the pros, very fun to see decks you know are good applied to the format most of us play on the daily. EDITOR: We need some kinds of "Yes, it Bo1s" stamp to put on the screen at the end of these.

    Honestly, though that first game was so good it was amazing. They had the flash commando in case she dropped a temporary lockdown if things just broke their way a little bit better I think CGB would’ve absolutely been dead.

    I'd be interested in your take on Jeskai High Noon (Jesk-High Noon, perhaps?). I messed around with it in a planeswalker deck so that you had more game actions that weren't casting spells and it seemd like there was something to it.

    Dear CGB, what are your thoughts on 'Wash Away'? With Mono Red relying so heavy on the Plot mechanic, I've had so much success hitting Rukus, Plot-Bird, and Squee right when they think I'm stuck on 1 Blue mana xD Even countered a Memory Deluge on a W/U mirror match!!! I"m having a hard time giving it up for the Phantom Interfence...

    Recently I found running a single Celestus helps out a lot on ladder in BO1's - at least once aggro runs out of steam as it helps stabilize via life gain. Could just be me though, but I like it in a blue-white control

    I will say personally tbh I think that his list would like more temporary lockdowns main for best of 1 and for bo3 a jace even as 1 of in sideboard, there is little reason to make the domain matchup that much harder on yourself if you expect it coming, so on bo3 we definitely expects it on the arena ladder. I will say I love the 28 land matchup, even with 27 I feel that makes the land drops still a bit inconsistent to get on explorer (arena moment), even running 2 censors and 2 typhoons and deduces, so I will try to fit in another land

    Well, he did get the meta right. In Bo1 however, I am running into Cavern of Souls left and right. I know he's playing a lot of Fields of Ruin and whatnot, but against a Dino tribal deck I was up against 3 Caverns and the game was unwinnable with this counterspell heavy deck. It's still solid, but there are some matches that are almost unwinnable thanks to Cavern of Souls unless you get lucky.

  • @WitnessedOne

    @WitnessedOne

    Look at the matches in the vid as well. He beat a mono red that got him to 3 life even though CGB went first and the opponent had 2 lands the whole game. I dont think this deck is worth playing at all. You can easily win if you draw the perfect answer the whole game but you can also easily lose if you dont... its a really bad deck for ranking up

  • @paulocampino5045

    I would say more uw but mostly more variety control videos. Would be nice to see you build control in others colours. We all know that azorius is the more efficient and powerful but there's alot of fun in the rest of the colour pie.

  • @Tinil0
    @Tinil0Ай бұрын

    I mean, in game one it makes perfect sense for them to be salty. They literally played perfectly, drew well, and it still didn't matter against Azorius control. That's the nature of Bo1 obviously, but I don't fault them for hating a deck that is designed to prevent you from ever having fun. Azorious control can feel very sadistic and personal.
