No matter what you do they will never be happy. Too fat, loose weight, then you’re too skinny. Get a better job, get the job, not good enough need a better one. You will loose your mind. I could go on and on but that would never end.

Exactly! The solution is to separate how you see yourself and your decisions from their opinion, both good and bad...

Also, at the end, asking if I was going to stay friends or, like most women (his words) cut contact and be immature. I cut contact knowing that it’s a mature way to handle a narcissist and go no contact.

Yes, no contact is sometimes good for both ends.

Critices everything about me. Im to small to fat to thin big feet 😂 ect ect ect....😂😂

My situation could not have been different, I lacked awareness, and you can t get along with everybody, I was casted in a lame movie.

I lost 42kg in 6 months. She said I looked too skinny. I put on 5 kg again and she said I was "getting tubby again" I reacted and she said she "was only joking" and I was "too sensitive" Cznt win and just realised she is a terrible narc

Thanks for sharing, Usually separating yourself from them completely and not paying attention to what they say helps a lot...They have no effect on you and their words does not mean anything...
