How should this work? You have to get information about the problems and than you can react. Like knowing how many people are missing, where, how long. Where it's started to flood, how many people needs shelter, food and medical aid and what is going on with infrastructure. To go "blind" into this would be a disaster

When floods hit Nairobi this president leftfor a Political meeting in Tanzania. When the entire country is under floods...the government disaster management is sleeping. When you inform the republic that you are going to hold a cabinet meeting this is pure nonesense. You act as a president not telling ppl who have been flood displaced about a meeting. Meeting for what? Lies and corruption, snd poor city planning...is costing Kenyans dearly

Climatologists please explain to us scientifically & in lay man's language what has changed in the weather seasons in terms of length, duration, shifts, severity so that man can adjust and plan. Don't talk of unforeseen snow falling, droughts, heavy rains. Give time & time span to help man to plan or move.
