I remember being 300pounds and I lost it because it made me so depressed. Losing weight for your health and for your depression helps boosts your self esteem and helps you love yourself when you couldn’t. Cheers to these women .

If y’all don’t understand, they took all the weight that the 3 women lost and combined it. It would equal 500 pounds. Each lost about 160-180. If you multiply that by the 3 women, it’s around 500. Hope that helps, I get the title is highly misleading.
