I have had knee pain for almost a year. I have tried every kind on stretch and exercise to help reduce or eliminate it. This one stretch that Dan showed has virtually eliminated my pain in two weeks. Thank you so much for having him on your video.

Having been unable to walk properly for a week and having been unable to sleep last night from the pain in my outside knee, I tried this stretch exercise this morning right after watching this and it literally cured it within 10 minutes. Now I am walking pain free with no problem. I am going to do this and the wall stretch daily for a while, then just a couple of times a week. Thank God for these two great guys and for KZread! I just cant believe how a simple stretch like this can take you from agony to total mobility in a few minutes!

guys, you know I love ya both, right? with all due respect gentlemen, please consider hiring a professional videographer to help you with your production. Get more lapel mics, another camera, pay him or her to edit and by golly, it would take your fabulous wonderful free advice to a new level. This is just my opinion of course. You know you guys are awesome, it would just take your channel up a few notches. You may even wonder why you haven't done it before. ; ) Really great info btw!

This comment section is a disgrace. All these people complaining and nitpicking. You're getting free advice. Just be gracious and chill.

"Knee pain" is a pretty generic term. Pain where in the knee? Pain when performing what type of movements? It's hard to believe a single stretch will solve ALL knee pain.

I love you guys and all of the free information you give us, I’m a dish washer and I work work and my body is sore after every shift and whenever I started watching you’re vidoes and actually listen instead of waiting for the stretch itself is really helpful but I’ve been doing a lot of the stretches you’ve shown in vidoes and I just gotta say thank you 🙏🏻💯

I want to thank Dan so much for showing this stretch. I was shocked as to how quickly this simple stretch made walking more pain free. I have one knee that's had 3 torn ligaments, an ACL replacement and a meniscus repair all done more than 15 years ago. The surgeon cut part of one of the tendons behind the knee to make a ligament for the ACL, and there's times that tendon gets very sore and the knee in general isn't all that flexible and aches. Periods of time things have been good enough over the years, but it flairs up once in awhile like it was when I stumbled across this video. Immediately after doing this stretch for a minute, with barely any stretch feeling in the glute, I got up and immediately felt less pain in the tendon. I've been doing this stretch once a day for a week now and can bend me knee much farther now...much more flexibility and much less internal pain. It makes no sense to me how it works, but dang I'm grateful you dropped by here and showed this!

First time seeing you guys, don't listen to the negatives pieces of crap in the comments, keep up the way you are, it makes the channel unique. From the very start I could feel a very good energy from you guys, you can just know when a person has that "light" that shines. It's very cool that people can make a living sharing knowledge, instead of hiding it. Thanks!
