On average how long does the battery last you on full throttle?

My son just got this to ride to work. I took it for a test drive after assembling and I gotta say it's not bad at all for the price. The seat will have to be replaced, you're right, it's way too firm and uncomfortable. Tomorrow we are replacing the tires and tubes. The tires are tissue thin and not great grab and the tubes are not much better so those are getting upgraded. The rear tube blew out on the second ride, examining the area of the puncture showed a very rough edge where the rim was joined and it sliced the tube. I'll be taping over both joins before replacing the tubes. Still, other than those faults, I can find little else to complain about. Overall, it seems to be a great value for the money and a good starter ebike.

Did your battery show a red light when charging it the first time out of the box, as the manual states?

How do you cycle down in assist mode (say level 3 down to level 2). I can only cycle up.

My evelo motor & crank crapped out. It'll be cheaper to replace than repair , so I've been watching reviews before I get a new bike. Thanks

Did you have any trouble charging the battery when you first got it? I’m not sure if I’m simply not charging it correctly but I’ve been trying for over a day and my battery just won’t charge

No issues. Battery charges fine for me. You may want to contact support if your problem continues.
