The reason I bought this scooter was because best buy have a really nice protection plan you can buy for 33% price of the scooter, which they would give you a brand new for any wear and tear or if it breaks (but it looks like they don't do that anymore for electric scooters). But yeah my first one, I crashed it and the brakes were rubbing, so that kinda messed up the speed and the battery life bad, so I exchanged it for a brand new one. But apparently there are different versions of this exact name scooter, specs are same but the old one was rear wheel drive and the new one is front wheel drive and acceleration is also much worse on the newer one.

I have a hover-1 pro series boss r500 and the only problem I had were the brake pads which I changed out and stops on a dime now. Word of advice if you use a scooter as main transportation, make sure it has shocks, 10 inch solid tires, range over 20 miles, speeds of 20 mph or higher and incline over 15%. I'm glad I changed my mind on buying the same scooter you have, I live on hill and that wouldn't workout for me and it wouldn't make it home on a full charge. Next time watch scooter videos to see which one is right for you and not how cool it looks.

How do you change the battery?

Hello there I’m just want to know I’m stuck on a scooter just like that one but I don’t know what kind of screw is in the front to hold the tire together

It’s the valve stem making that noise on the front wheel. You can unthread it and reinstall when you need to add air.

My husband fell off his and the back brake locked up. How would you unlock the caliper?

How do you fill the front tire with air?

Most of us are having the same thing with ours too. Mine shuts off after about 30 seconds when you go and doesn't show a fault code so, I'm not sure where to focus on to fix it. No help from Hover 1 either. Just bought a Circooter Rapter and expect much better results from not only the scooter but the manufacturer as well. It arrives tomorrow so we'll see.

Same issue with mine .. after being stored for a couple months i ride it to 17mph and just cuts off after a block or to of riding and just goes 3-5mph 🤦‍♂️

Yea its not an of road scooter genius... Maby just maby that's y it eats dirt and y its fucked up cuz u tried to go off roading. N u Def fucked the screws up wen u changed em. N if u don't blast the speed the whole way it lasts slot longer.

I dont go off road it was just used 4 going to work and the roads in Missouri. Are aweful buch of pot holes and loose gravel
