Our son got hit by a car with this scooter. Since then our scooter has this E9 error, we couldn’t able to find solutions until I found this video. Thank you so much! It works now.

Google which program they use, then start from there. I’m sure they use similar programs with leading e-bike manufacturers

Took the hover1alpha out of the box , put the charger on for the 1st charge, the battery charger ( green light appeared instantly) the charging ( red light ) did not come on , the scooter is dead . What's wrong ??

double check the connections inside the steering column, make sure the charging cable pin is not bent, if the charger is not making good contact it will always be green. And last, if its out of the box, means its brand new, then you can return it for replacement or refund.

Hí! I have same issue. The brake wire voltage must be 2-2,5V. (the middle wire) Temporary I soldered two 1k Ohm resistor instead of brake hall sensor.

Brakes are done by 1. Lever pull cable 2. Magnetic brakes activated when the button is released. The button is in normally off position and when released its on ON position,

@@DodoyTulare I boughht a new controller with smart display. The first start it show E9. It has a 3 wire brake connector, I think, it require hall sensor, like accelerator. I set it to half voltage. It work. Before it, I tried to short middle wire to + wire, after tried short to negative wire, the E9 still.
