Is that where they live just before school starts or is it all year around? Never seen athletes stay in athletic facilities like that. They're usually in housing similar to regular students.

They should have mentioned somewhere that this is during camp.

My high-school would go from 9-9 during 2-a-day practices. We would have special teams and walk through from 10-11:30 (meetings at 9-9:50). We would have a 2-3 hour recovery, treatment, refuel for the next practice at 1:30-2. We would practice until about 5, then have another hour or 2 of meetings, then go through another walk-through.

ATTENTION PEOPLE: The reason why they don't do homework is because it's summer camp. Key word, SUMMER camp. Summer as in no school or homework. There's practice during the summer when there are no classes yet. Once the school year starts, THEN they do both football practice while going to classes and studying.

I've always heard that you need a full night of recovery for your body to enter a different state. As in, you cannot just sleep a few hours here, few hours there.

No one realizes this is during summer break? It's not that complicated. Most colleges and some high schools do the same thing. I did this shit in high school. Went to a camp for a week, practiced 3 times a day, ate 4 meals a day, slept every moment I could. Very similar to this.

this is training camp. they only run practice drills and learn plays then they go into the actual practice where they work out once the semester starts

this was training camp, throughout the actual season when they practice they start doing conditioning and that wasnt his actual dorm. it was the room they stay in while at fall camp.

Who know about he real struggle with them 3 a days 9:45 3:30 7:30. Mid summer in Florida

People you all realize they dont practice 24/7 .. there is plenty of time for classes especially nowadays where you can do online courses .. Im almost certain they only dedicate 2 or 3 days to classes and the rest for football when in season

That is more than likely their football camp at the end of summer. Most schools have a week or two of two-a-days right before school starts to get the team fine-tuned.
