I noticed houses there that reminded me of pictures of homes in Mexico. What kind of made it look cold was she fences big concrete and brick fences so you cannot see the yard. It makes me think do they have and lawn for children to play on? I think the front did they put concrete all over the grounds so there is no grass? Also those big homes on not a lot of land. If you want to build a house that size, you should have more land for your tennis court and your swimming pool and jacuzzi and also your gardens. A flower garden and vegetable and herb garden. Some cherry trees and apple trees.

Housing prices are crazy...it all depends on where it's at. Back in 2000, I bought a house in Kansas, for $63,000. Where I now live, in Michigan, that same house would have cost $130-150,000 back then. My current home, cost $150,000 and has 10 acre's...it's also twice the size of some homes, closer to the city, where the "rich people" want to live. Those smaller homes, on tiny lots of land, go for 3-4 times the cost of where I'm at. It's stupid!!! I can step out my back door...naked if I wanted(nobody would see me)...I can shoot whatever I want(bow, crossbow, gun)...I have all sorts of wildlife on the property and I'm surrounded by woods.

Its nothing new, every country has their "gentrified" piece of land for wealthy people, from india, china, liberal parts of the usa, aus, canada.. But the more you gentrify and increase price = MORE Homeless. Liberal parts tend to cost more, as they b ring in more money to gentrify the land, of any country. Its why I prefer "deep" red(states) conservative lands, where low cost of living is.. as theres little money and little innovation, easy to live but has its cons lol. They're red for a reason, cause soo much debt and borrowing money from the gooberment for socialism.

Texans are spoiled and want underground utilities like electricity and phone service in neighborhoods. The builders would have to reduce the price of a house built with utility poles or unpaved roads. Every house has a fence of some sort around their back yard. Thank you Dan and Suzi for posting videos of life in Russia. I'm 76 years old so I'm sure I will never make a visit to Russia but you are educating us all about your lives in Russia. It has been so much fun watching your beautiful daughter grow up. I believe your house is much nicer than the very expansive ones you showed because you built it yourself.

House prices everywhere are crazy. I live in a small town. A house across the street is on the market for $315,000. It has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, but five years ago, if probably would have sold for $250,000 or a bit less. For reference, we bought our house six years ago for $132,000. It has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. If we put it on the market, we could list it at $235,000 and probably get more if there was a bidding war. Just crazy.

The Central Bankers are orchestrating another housing bubble crisis. Wealthier area houses are still the same price, avg $300K and above to millions, but they're FAKING doubling the value of small, family homes in order to deplete the middle class wealth. Blackrock/Globalists are OVERPAYING on small homes, so they can rent them out in perpetuity so there will BE no middle class. It's a wealth transfer scheme like 2008. We must stop those bastages in Brussels.

Dan, you do a such great job of contrasting your rural lifestyle with city living. Life will always prevail no matter where you live. I love your work.

Thank you dear, we often think about Adorables, it's a pity that we can't say what we think. We feel that we have a very large family, but between us there are thousands of kilometers of oceans and land

Those were amazing looking houses & the apartment complexes were so BIG! We have apartment complex but they aren't as tall & as BIG & as MANY in one small area. I love the modern style homes / apartments. The house you said that had a "gward" or guard(GAR-D) was kind of a traditional style home. I loved the modern houses that had the shaped bushes or they call cut & shaped bushes here a TOPIARY(toe-pee-air-ee) & more than one is topiaries (toe-pee-air-ees). The ones you called Little Apartments are Condos or Townhomes/Townhouses. My landlord wants to sell the house I've been living in for about 9yrs & I have to find a new place to RENT but prices have gone up so much that I can't afford anything & the ones I can afford are now the size of a storage shed or looks like meth lab in a bad area of the city. I'm disabled so I can't just move anywhere so there has to be an elevator, if it's on the 2nd floor or higher. Rent prices here have doubled & tripled! I can't find anything & that's one reason that makes people homeless but here if you have a pet(🐈) they WON'T let you stay at a homeless shelter. We need some big apartment complexes that are for "income based" apartments(rent goes by how much money you make a month). They built some big apartments downtown but they are Luxury(fancy/expensive) Apartments that are across from the new baseball stadium ⚾️🏟 so some that are on higher floors could see the baseball games. They are about $2,500 a month! & they took an OLD RUN DOWN HOTEL & rebuilt it to be Luxury apartments also that's on the other side of the new baseball stadium. We need much more low- income housing here because it's getting worse. 🥺😭🚫💵🏡📦🚚🏢🏘🙏

In Central NC: we got 16 acres of land, a pond, 4 bedroom brick home, extra 2-story garages, a creek, it cost $320,000.00 usd. It was valued over $770,000.00 usd in 2008 when Obama was in office. But I do not see many homes that have the nice fencing that you have, no brick fencing, not too many full basements or shelters of sorts. For $1 million usd you could get way more than this here in USA if you’re in rural area. I love that fencing!!

super nice neighborhood. Im surprised they dont bury the electrical cords though. I looked city up, very nice. I should start a yard maintenance company there. It doesnt look like that has been mastered there yet. Great video. Love the unique architecture and walls.

The neighborhood is still developing. They will burry lines after streets are full of houses. This is a real neat way of selling real estate. Sure is ugly, lol.
