The price of the home will vary based on the upgrades you select, but expect about 1.7% off the price of the home. That’s what you would pay in taxes per yr.

This video is a bit different from most of the ones I’ve posted in the past. I do have the price of the home inside the video. However, this custom builder will build wherever you would like. So if you already have land, they will build it on it or we could find land for you and build the house on it. The building process takes about 12 months.
Price is too high.
