I agree, she was a lot of fun. Watch it again and take a shot every time she says “Fugly”! 😂 I also love that she supports local artists, grows her own veggies and herbs and gave tips on how to store and use them. Definitely one of my favorites.

Thanks Homeworthy. Tina is as lovely as her estate. I love that she is so knowledgeable about herbs, food and growing. She piles important ingredients on counters and is willing to defend them there! She knows her Stuff.

I could watch her all day. And I love most of her choices of art, gardens, and completely agree about the finding homes with good bones and views. I LOVE that painting - James Wyatt "Egg". Stunning.

Usually homes of the rich are not my thing but I love this lady and her home. She’s a real character, could imagine visiting with her. The fact that she had her dish soap out on the sink endears her to me even more! Lucky Joe! Thank you.

Wonderful visit with a perfect hostess! I enjoyed all of her art , but the Dale Chihuly pieces made me feel right at home. When I lived in Seattle, I learned how to make blown glass in the studio of Chihuly's teacher. What a thrill it was to see Tina and her appreciation of nature, her gorgeous garden, and of course, the breathtaking views! Love. Love. Love.

I loved everything in this home tour, Absolutely breath taking. Tina Pyne is an amazingly beautiful down to earth lady. I was so sad video ended. I could have watched for hours.

What a character! For once someone of means who actually knows she’s living her best life. She’s not feelin’ guilty/stingy/miserable/uptight. As the video played I felt her joy, and my mood lifted several clicks.

shes the quintessential coastal grandmother everybody wants to be. lovely!

Tina Pyne is so much fun; she's truly a delight. Her tour was exciting and quite humorous. Her property is magnificent and she had so many fun stories. I could listen to her all day!

To your credit Alison, I most likely would not have watched this to the end had it not been a Homeworthy tour because my life experience is so far removed from Tina's. However, I was able to take away a lot more from this video than I would have had you just shown a quick 10-12 minute video of the home(s) only. I think the fact that your home tours are longer, we get a chance to get a more complete understanding of the person and find that there are things we can relate to that at a more cursory glance we may dismiss. For instance, had you focused only on the home and decor, we would never have known what a horticulturist and and amazing chef Tina obviously is. She sounded almost like a chemist in speaking about her herbs and honey and all that ...it's beyond me so I admire people that have that connection and understanding. I felt like that is her true passion and it made me connect with her in a way that I wouldn't have just viewing the home of an obviously very wealthy white woman. In other words, keep doing your thing. You NEVER disappoint!

Everything is simply gorgeous including the lovely Mrs Pyne. What a dream !

I must watch this in stages. I'm exhausted by all the wonderful displays and art and by the virulent enthusiasm of the owner. Whew...I gotta rest for a bit. But, I'll come back and finish. It's been like this huge dessert where you savor every bite, but don't have room to finish it all. Scrumptious clip. 👏 👏 👏

This is my favorite episode Mrs. Payne is wonderfully fun. Love the history, the before and after the renovations. LOVE Mrs. Payne, she has the gift of hospitality!!!

This was one of the most fun home tours that I’ve seen. Her Texas connection made it seem like she was sharing her home with you. Like going to a friend’s house.

What a fantastic property! The homeowners have created a little bit of Heaven for themselves. Love how the furnishings are comfortable for guests but take a back seat to the art. And that art! Such an amazing collection. As a Southern girl, I so appreciate the hospitality and humor shown by the homeowner. She’s a hoot!

What a very neat lady. She seems to have a joy in and an appreciation for life. Not some rich person sitting around counting her money but rather interested in and involved in so many things I don't know when she sleeps. She supports local artists. Didn't just say here is my picture of this or my sculpture of that . No she gave a shout out to the creators of all her lovely pieces. If she has sisters they are very lucky.

Amazing and really great idea. Would be super cool if she added some giant sculptures outdoors on that golf course to Jazz it up like for instance some beautiful giant sculptures from Herb Albert^^

She may be a wonderful cook but I would not eat at her house. I am an animal lover but would never have a cat that was welcome to sit on the top of the dining table nor the top of the kitchen counters.

What a terrific personality she has. I love her stories. There homes are beautiful. My favorite piece of art is the wedding dress. I grew up in what was called a shotgun house. So to me all of it is amazing. The land and all the gardens beautiful. Thank you for sharing . What a dream for me all of it.

I love watching House tours from my home state of Maine. I usually see an art objects that I know I can't live without. So in this episode I saw the auction vase with the tree in it. I have just the place for it in my office beside my library. I will try to find the vase that doesn't weigh more than I do, and of course not as expensive as this one looks. Then I was thinking of a big piece of drift wood to put in it. I love walking the coast of Maine in Cape Elizabeth where I've found a few pieces of driftwood. Perhaps this summer, 2023, will be my lucky year.

When I think I'm crazy, I need only to watch this lady... God bless her!

I really enjoyed this property tour and I love the whole aesthetic they created in each individual house. You can see it's a real family home and not a museum piece. I'd love to be a guest at one of her parties and sample her cooking and mixology choice for drinks. I could have watched her tell stories and show the property for well over the 43 mins.
