The beauty of this episode is the genuine authenticity of the homeowner. Paola Fendi is down to earth, not pretentious at all, and her home showcases her passions and family history. I love the glasses her aunt made for her - so beautiful! This house is a treasure box of gems yet understated at the same time. One of my all time favorite house tours. Thank you.

This home absolutely stunning! It’s completely stylish without coming off cold or contrived. She’s has a very warm presence about her and strikes me as a person who really cares about the people around her.

Love Paola's home. Regarding the ad inviting people to pay for "early access" to videos...um, most of us aren't rich. That's why we like looking at nice homes! Lol are you guys serious? If you want people to pay, you're gonna have to offer more than that. Also I've been meaning to leave this comment for so long and I guess today is the day: "We believe every home has a story" is the silliest tagline ever. Every home DOES have a story! Like duh? That's like saying "We believe every home should be a home." hahaha anyway thanks for the good videos though

I'm fron England and yes, she has really got the English style. It looks like a London flat, to me. She comes across as a very lovely and genuine person and her home is the same. I want to be a house guest, it is so welcoming and personal.

Being from Europe, I find the old world charm in this apartment so comforting... it is REALLY beautiful!

Oh, I just love how the owner incorporates family heirlooms into her home! So, ok, her family is Fendi, but still! She is lovely, unpretentious and so in love with her home. Great episode!

Beautifully styled apartment joining some traditional and joining it with more modern Italian designs. I’m so glad to see younger generation using items that had belonged to their family members such as a grandmother or aunt. Interesting story behind the wallpaper in the dining room that I did not know existed. Really enjoyed viewing her artworks and how it works in each room.

Italians do approachbale beautiful interiors the best IMO. They're at once just as curated and special as you imagine a French apartment to be whilst also feeling homey and joyful. Such a beautiful home!

When she said her last name I thought what a funny coincidence. Then she spoke about her family history. WOW. What a down to earth person (given her background) and such a beautiful apartment. What a dream to be able to use those bold bright colors and crisp lines!

This is another house/home that confirms my years old experience - the most beautiful homes belong to fine artists, designers, and overall artistically focused people. I love the strong eclectic influence from their London era and from the roots of the Fendi family. Truly lovely home! And last but not least, Paola is a very pleasant hostess.

Stunning Paola. I love Paola, her taste and her style. This is one of my favorite Homeworthy videos. It might be because I am Italian, my mother was born in Italy. My Italian grandparents raised me too and I have an inherent love of art, collections of art and the beauty of style and design. The Fendi family are amazing. Beautiful art can be found in many countries which I deeply appreciate in my soul. I get that sense about Paola and it shows in her and her home, together with her husband.

I use to say that beauty comes from Italy ! Everything beautiful come from there ! And since the medieval times ! Look at the château de Versailles and other castles in Europe… a lot of works were made by Italian artists.

Wow, I loved everything about this. Paola is so lovely and feels like someone you sit down and have a cup of tea with, very approachable. I love traditional decor, the wainscotting, the beautiful built in cabinets, the gorgeous use of color and the wallpaper, especially in the dining room. I do not like open concept or monotone colors. This was just charming!

I'm only half way through and she is just so charming and down to earth, I'm catching myself smiling while she tells her stories. Their home is truly special, unique, warm and glam all in one. Probably top 3 homes I have ever seen.

Oh, La,La! Anything Fendi is luxurious. I like the windows treatment, and it’s good to give honored to grandma ( Mrs. Fendi). Homeworthy!

I love homeworthy and one of the reasons why is they show creative people who really have fabulous design skills and use it in their home. The majority I do not know but sometimes do look them up afterwards. Please, no celebrities and I am not interested in nepo kids living a multimillionaire lifestyle. I gave up Vogue magazine when I counted how many ads and articles had nepo children in them.

I never knew that your maternal grandmother is spanish from Spain so that means that Fendi is a mixture of Iberian/Italian mixture. A great modern yet lovely apartment in the upper east side of Manhattan. There is so much art yet it is all a delight to see and enjoy. Thank you for sharing it with all of us "KZreadrs" around the world. Note: Fendi is not uniquely owned any longer by the Fendi family it is now in the hands and management of LVMH? Wow. Note: My mom has a Fendi bag given to her by my brother many many years ago and the top strap wore out. In the past I took her to Fendi at Short Hills, New Jersey and the woman although she was polite as should be, she stated that perhaps it would be best to take the bag/pocketbook to a place where they can repair it. We never got around to it for many reasons. Now tonight I am home in our humble abode in New Jersey and I am viewing videos from Homeworthy and I see your video and I started to explain it to my mom. Can you suggest a reputable place in Manhattan that would repair fine bags for women and other items? Thank you for the video and sharing it. All the best.
