This lady should be on camera all the time! She is a natural.
When I comment, I realize a home is not whether I like it or not but the design of the homeowner and what they like. I enjoy the tours and always ask myself what I can take away from each one. I think this hostess was very elegant and presented herself very well. Regardless if all tours/homes seem 'cookie cut', we would never want Homeworthy to stop production. I love seeing a charming home as this one and take away at least one good idea for my own home. Thanks to all the homeowners and Homeworthy for always giving 100%...regardless.

I agree. I watch my favorites a couple of times to see what little details I can pick up to add to my own home. This has also become one of my Homeworthy favorites.

@@gerigowers8318 Amen! I agree whole heartedly ~
I love a home where there is a brave use of color and pattern which is yet not overwhelming or too "busy". The decor very much reflects the style of this home owner, and the overall happy feeling is very inspiring. Too many people are afraid to incorporate their personality into their home, and the result is often less passionate and real than it ought to be.

Yes, I agree. While visiting a friend that had a new home, I commented on the colors which were bold and lovely. Her response was, "There are too many colors in the world to only use white and gray". She's so right!

So beautifully said! It truly is a wonderful home.
The home is gorgeous, but I loved listening to Ros because I never heard her say umm even once. She is a real treat!
Anyone who calls a green ceiling "a little bit of a pop, but not too much" has my vote. Love the home!
Currently, we're in the process of clearing out my family home where I grew up. Although I'm 68 now, the house still holds a treasure trove of valuable antiques. One magnificent centerpiece is a stunning Queen Anne dining table, accompanied by 8 matching chairs, all in superb condition. Sadly, it seems as though nobody in California appreciates these antique pieces anymore. In a similar case, a friend's mother struggled to even give away her exquisite handwoven rugs, originally valued at $20,000 and maintained impeccably over the years. It's fascinating how differently people on the East Coast approach their interior design preferences.

Wow. That's so sad. Luckily I appreciate the pieces I have inherited and share my mom and grandma's love of traditional style, but it always makes me sad when people don't appreciate antiques and prefer to buy brand new mass produced crap. Boo. And SO bad for the environment. Okay, I'll get off my soapbox now...
Beautiful home - not exactly my definition of “ maximalist “ but still a darling home, ❤

Not a maximalist in my opinion.
That frontdoor is a knock-out! Entire house is lovely. i really liked how she talked about growing up, and her Mom.
Southern decorating is so different than anywhere else. I love seeing a peak into it since its very different than what i see in the north where I live. Fun!

I love what she has done to this 1950's ranch! The new kitchen renovation is so well thought out and the blue is gorgeous! Beautiful home presented by a classy woman! This was a treat to watch.
I absolutely love this home.
Thank you so much for another wonderful video. What a beautiful home with color. I love the wallpaper in the dining room.
A beautiful house and a charming owner.
Very pretty dress, very cheerful home. Each room has its own colours but the whole house works very well together. Nice feeling.
very lovely home. Love the picture of her in the magenta while she shows you her home wearing magenta. She definitely knows what colors suit her.
The painted brick is gorgeous! Also love the front door and that whisper of color on the shutters. The interior is such a feast for the eyes with so many colors. It’s all so tastefully done. This lovely woman has an eye for beauty and impeccable style!
I resonate with her light & bright color scheme. The artwork may be my favorite part of this home. Lovely.
Crazy thing. I just trimmed palm fronds from my front flower bed that grew out of nowhere. I just saw Roz had one on her mantle in a vase so now, instead of throwing mine away, I'll use it as decor! I love a lot of the ideas in this home. So, another favorite from Homeworthy!
Oh holy moly, this home is exactly how I would decorate my home, if it was possible...but it's not lol. Love the colors, the fabrics...everything! I'm saving this video for future reference. ❤❤❤
Your home is beautiful! I am a huge fan of both blue and chinoiserie, and you coordinated everything fabulously. Thanks for sharing.
Excellent use of color, everything comes together well, very classy.
Homeworthy showcases every home on a different kind of level. 👏🏼👏🏼
Every room is beautiful, dining room, wall paper, pink sofa, chintz pillows, curtains,on and on it goes.Thank You Roz Murphy!
Fantastic use of color and patterns! Elegant design with hints of fun ! Thanks for sharing.
How in the world do you keep your patio so fresh and beautiful? My patio and porches get dirty. Lots of leaves. Not to mention lots of rain. Even covered furniture is not an option. What a lovely space you have.

Breathtaking house❤.. I guess after watching a lot of these videos this year, fresh is the new interior design trend.. ❤
Breathtaking!!
The decor is gorgeous, but no clue why the title and the owner keep calling it a ranch. One of the fundamental aspects of a ranch is that it is SINGLE story. It doesn't even look like a ranch from the exterior.
I love Roz's free spirit and ability to create subtle, classic experiences in her home design style! Roz harnesses visions that create out-of-the-box designs with exceptional "wow" outcomes! I love how she can see possibilities for a desired design! This is an excellent tour, Homeworthy! 💫💖💫
Maximalist without clutter! I love this. But every home featured in Texas is grand with a seemingly endless budget! Are there any with middle class people living in them? 😂😂😂
this home is beyond cute!! its so cozy and classy 😍
Exquisite. One of my favorite episodes. Very tasteful but not boring and not over-the-top extravagant. The hostess is very well spoken and it’s nice to listen to someone who doesn’t say um all the time and doesn’t have a voice fry. 🎉🎉🎉❤❤❤
Beautiful Home!!! Divines colors...🐉
“The problem with decorating a SMALL home.. “ it’s 3300 square feet! Maybe houses in Canada are smaller because we have to pay to heat them in a cold climate. My house is exactly 1/3 the size. I’d love to have a bit more space, but I’d consider 3300 sq feet huge! A living room, a family room, a sitting room, a lounging banquette space in the kitchen, another lounge in the massive bedroom. Not to mention the outdoor lounge! It is a tastefully decorated home though.
I loved how she decorated. This is my style. Thank you for sharing.
Gorgeous home …….does not feel like an older home.
I have to tell you I always dreamed of living in one of those Dallas neighborhoods. I adore your home. ❤
Thank you for sharing your beautiful and cheerful home with us!
What a gracious, welcoming, intelligent person with a a strong sense of her personal style.
Elegant at every turn! Love this beautiful home and really want the Murano lamp in the living room 😊 great touches like the bar cart and art
Gorgeous. Perfect. A feast for my eyes. I love her style. This certainly would be my dream home. Thank you so much for sharing this house tour. 🏡😊💜
This is my favorite homeworthy home so far. You are gorgeous and your style is impeccable
I keep seeing panel curtains which I love! It’s difficult for me to find fabrics or a seamstress etc, but I’m going to keep looking!
Gorgeous and serene primary bedroom! There are too many lovely things in this house!
This home is absolutely stunning!!!
she looks fantastic in pink and the home is really well done!
Wow, so warm and welcoming!
Those glasses are beautiful 😊

Just love everything about this home and it’s home maker.

Really beautiful! I love the use of colour. It isn't overwhelming but lovely and refreshing. Love your choices in art too. Taking lots of notes!
Beautiful use of colour. The commentary was fabulous. Enjoyed 😊
Loved every thing about this home and it's decor! I'd like to also thank Roz too for NOT saying "um' every other word when walking us through her lovely home (that drives me crazy and I instantly stop watching). Great job in your presentation.
Gorgeous home it’s so cheerful & happy 😊
Love these Dallas Home’s 🤩
Beautiful and elegant home that truly reflects its owner. Enjoyed this tour so much.
A 3300 sq foot house is “a small home”? Murano is lovely. Pretty pieces.
I love home that are decorated maximalist in looks more warm cozy elegant stunning and beautiful! The color of the year is blue nova , goes back to the 17century and very maximalist! I love it!
Well done , I love ❤️ the use of color and texture

Very pretty home. I don’t think it’s a small home to most people but it’s Texas so I guess it’s considered small there.
Confused, ranch with an upstairs? I miss something?

The original ranch has been added onto many many times! In her beautiful Dallas neighborhood people renovate, they don’t move!
Cozy comes to mind. Not cozy like in small, however intimate, a place you want to lay your head down.
I absolutely adore the tropical bird and flower wallpaper in the dining room? It's gorgeous. Where is it from??
I love your house
Very pretty
Very pretty but not too precious. Many comfortable places to relax.
Nice
Lovely, lovely home. I have noticed many many designers using pinks and lavendars throughout the house. Curious how husbands and sons feel about such a feminine interior throughout the entire house.

They don’t give a damn. I have a husband who is as manly as it gets and doesn’t notice or care about my feminine decor choices…which is an absolute win if you ask me
The home is 1950s and she definitely design the home from the 50s also! ☺️
This is a beautiful home. Full of color and patterns. The home reflects joy. I love it! Where did you find the wallpaper in the dining room?
Turn the seams on your lamp shades towards the wall.
