Love how you're now showing b-rolls of what Julia is talking about. If I may add lang, it's somewhat of a tandem dapat. Nahihirapan kayo ipasok yung b-rolls sa tamang timing dahil mabilis pacing ni Julia. Refer to Enes Yilmazer. He has perfected the pacing just enough to include the b-rolls without being too slow 😉 Also, you're either using 2 entirely different cameras or your cameramen just isn't matching their settings. This is a nitpick but would raise the production quality by a ton if they were to match their settings. Not just the basic settings, but the picture profile as well.

Great content as usual! I'm an avid viewer of your house tours kahit na wala akong pambili and ofcourse I'm a fan of Julia(hello crush😍🥰). However nakakapanibago lang kasi bilis ng transition which is I think it is good kasi smooth yung dating ng video. Pero yung b-roll niyo sana katulad pa din ng dati yung kasama siya ng intro nyo, in that way parang may sneak peak na sila dun sa bahay, then the tour.

Un lang bakit nio binago ung opening ninyo Presello to be honest with you guys un yung unique sa channel nio na wala sa real state channel ng iba ung meron agad pa preview ng buong bahay bago Isa isa ipapaliwanag ng host ung mga details ng property sana ibalik ninyo ung ganung opening. Pag di nio binalik un magiging kagaya nalang din to ng ibang real state channel dito sa pinas nothing more nothing less.

I really like the architecture series. Not a fan of the houses back there and the design. But watching some of the places you featured where the architect does explain what inspired them is cool. I get the point is to make real estate sales but the last 5-6 houses are uninspiring.
