nice floor plan but then where's the guest toilet? assuming the door on the left side is the guest toilet, i kinda wonder if the maid's room ( if that is, the first door next to the garage) is a shared bathroom for the guest and the maid? 😅 i saw a door inside from that small room coming from the garage

Yup...parang walang powder room or toilet sa baba. Yung 2 bathroom nasa taas, 1 sa MB and the other 1 shared.

The bathroom in the masters bedroom is too small? The toilet bowl and the shower are too close, you cannot put a partition. When you shower, the whole bathroom will be wet? The design is not well thought off. I like the lot and the floor area, reasonably priced but the design could have been better

Ang pinakaayaw ko sa mga design ng bahay sa Pilipinas ay yung merong banyo sa loob mismo ng kusina. Parang kadiri! kasi pag may bisita ka na gagamit ng banyo, halimbawa dumudumi, you can smell it from the kitchen. To me, it's not very sanitary. Very awkward din na may nagbabanyo habang may nagluluto. Sana baguhin ng mga arkitekto ang ganyang disenyo. That kitchen bathroom should be a food pantry or even storage ng mga kitchen tools (pots and pans etc) Pwede naman mag-extend dun sa may bandang garahe para sa banyo, hindi sa kitchen.

Oo nga eh. Mauunawan ku pa kung maliit lang ang bahay. Sa tingin ko kasi 'yun na ang nakasanayan. Hindi na namamalayan na mali pala ang ganu'ng pagkakaayos ng disenyo.
