I've seen this design modified a third time and this by far is the one I like most, with the color palette, absence of the open staircase and the way the upper floor rooms were positioned, it looked much better. There were some elements on the first and 2nd house that I may have wanted but this one looks rather more spacious than the rest.

If youre presenting dont state the obvious but focus on the difference between seeing it on video vs off screen. Ex. Its made up of tiles, okay yeah its obvious that its tiles, but what we want to know what kind of tiles or the texture of tiles.

Love the house and the way they maximize the space. Two thumbs up

i suggest you film the location of the house too. Location is important in buying a property. it doesn't matter how beautiful a house is, if it is in the wrong location... its not gonna sell imo.

there are certain restrictions po in marketing houses. The location po can be disclosed with Buyers with a tripping schedule only for security of both parties. Would you like to book a schedule?

Marami ako nakkikita na ganito na maliit na nga yung lot tapos pinipilit pa isiksik yung maliit na pool which is impractical. Yung plan overall is good. Yung pool.lang medyo off. I woul prefer garden nalang.
