Yeah, this is a perfect lockdown paradise..😁 businesswise, this is also perfect for a venue for weddings and other parties esp. now during pandemic. Very private and a venue/reception area rolled into one! Then, as an owner, if you wanted to visit and have a vacation in here once in a while, you can. Everything is possible! 😁😁😁

Perfect? For that price, I'd want central air conditioning with germicidal air purification; those indoor AC units are an eyesore. Not having banisters is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Also, cover all that exposed roof with solar panels and have them provide energy to a Tesla Powerwall. At least the house has a proper indoor laundry room. The basketball court would be unusable in the rain, especially with water flowing down the ramp; make it an indoor court with wooden flooring. The adjacent carport could easily be covered. I continue to be puzzled by having closets directly attached to bathrooms: Humidity and eventual plumbing leaks pose a threat to stored clothes and other items. In the master bathroom, someone on the toilet won't have privacy if the spouse is using the vanity or if a servant is putting away clothes.

I miss Presello touring luxurious mansion. More of it pa sana. Kahit di namin afford 😁

Well, glad to hear that the owners are taking the furniture. The next owner needs a interior designer, the bathrooms all need to be gutted, the basketball court needs to be torn down (eyesore) and a professional landscaper is needed to redo the landscaping. Confused with the chapel and the stairs with no railings! This house and property has a lot of potential. Love your channel Julia!

I don't always say "sana all" when I admire something, but this one deserves my big SANA ALL.

I am in awe but also like... rich people really live in a different world from us, no? Nothing wrong with that per se, but like... the implications. Anyway great usage of lot space. Pwede kayong magtaguan ng mga 1 week bago ka mahanap haha

Just look at the rest of the houses over the wall 😬if a peasant uprising ever happens this would be the first place to go.

The maintenance and utilities of this mansion is insane for sure... But still loving this huge property..

The house tour, as usual has been nothing short of spectacular thanks to Julia and the rest of the Presello team. This house... I mean estate tour makes my imagination run wild. I'm back to my "if I were rich" thinking cap. The estate looks awesome! I'd have to be a billionaire to buy this estate as this requires a lot of money to maintain, not to mention take care of the annual land tax. Since the estate has its own water source, I'd place a small water treatment plant to recycle the water. Also, I will install a solar panels on every roof (including the one on the basketball court) to the point that the estate has its own power source. Since it has a humongous space outside the actual house, I'll also put a space for a vegetable farm, fruit farm and fish farm! This estate has that kind of potential. I 'd also renovate the house to look ultra modern. More floor to ceiling glass walls (if the building structure would allow it), It'd put modern looking blinds instead of curtains; the Machuca tiles are great with both kitchens and bathroom/ powder room floors and subway tiles for the backsplash (one black and the other white ) of the kitchen and bathroom walls. I'd also put modern railings on the stairs. It could be made of glass or modern design steel railings. The aquarium will be supersized to cover the receiving area. This house has lots of potential to be awesome! It looks like it was built in the early 2000s. It just needs a modern facelift and self sustaining amenities! Looking forward to the next house tours! The way they have a place allotted to their pets say a lot about the owners of the house. ❤️ its like a Mansion project that has so much love put into it. When Julia explained all rooms has ensuite jacuzzi each, i felt like the owner is really thoughtful.(not to mention…crazy rich) Wonder why they’re selling it? If I could own this mansion, first thing I’m gonna do is put railings 😅 I’m not quite sold on the black tiles on the main house. and hire a interior decorator for sure.

How it build? Good question and very easy to answer.. They built that mansion very easy if you have money. Ang mga constructors at carpenters kaya nga nilang gawin tapusin amg mga matataas na buildings yan mansion pa kaya two storey lang naku po very easy if you have a millions or billion

You can definitely turn this house into a hotel. This property is just massive.

This is so massive!! Even though this house is so huge it is not creepy, the vibes is really good unlike other houses that is also huge. The layout of the house is not confusing 👍.(Kung baga hindi ka maliligaw) I like the pool and garden area which has a lot of trees. I also like the sizes of the bedrooms and toilet and bath, so huge. Pwede ka nang magjogging at magbike sa loob ng property mo 😍, love it. Overall I like this Massive house and lot 💖. But there is also some things that need some improvement.

love how big the land is, the house I could go way smaller than that so many unnecessary space. I would love to have an edible garden where you live off the land esp during this trying times you can start many projects around the land you will never get bored.

Fck that. The neighbors would definitely file complains to you because those gardens tends to attract many pests and insects. Add in the fact that those can be breeding ground of snakes and other potential dangerous animals especially with a big land such as this one.

I think from a business perspective you can use the property as a business venture.. like a retreat house or event space.. it has all the rooms, amenities and space.. you can convert the basketball court to an indoor event space and make the garden area an outdoor space.. of i had the money i would buy this property because of its numerous potential

Napaka laki ng bahay pero yung receiving area ang liit. Kung ako bibili nyan papa renovate ko una yung stairs at sala.

This is what happens when your taste and creativity don't measure up to your ability to afford a mansion as big as this. If not for the sheer size of the property, nothing else really made a huge impression at least to me. The owner is smart to let go of this property already; obviously a waste of potential if he/she decided to keep it. This house deserves a new owner who wouldn't scrimp on hiring an interior designer.

I hope the new owner will invest in landscaping the whole property including the interior because as it is the house feels SOUL-LESS and MESSY.

Ganito kalaking bahay ang pangarap kong ipatayo, kaso mukhang hanggang pangarap lang HAHAHAHA Kung same lang sana ang design nang bahay nato sa mga bahay sa ibang bansa sguro mas bet siyang tawaging "MANSION" at worth it yung price niya, kaso nagmukhang resort dahil sa design nang house. Pero pwede naman tong gawing Airbnb.
