My cousin randomly found this video and told me it's our old house! And, WOW! It was renovated so beautifully! Definitely brought back a lot of memories - especially of my late parents and our dear house help. I wish I could buy this!

The rooms are decently sized. It's not excessive. I also like that there are many spaces to congregate. It's a very Filipino home.

Staff quarters has a very generous space, unlike the more modern houses that you feature which I think should put in mind that the staff are humans too

That’s a generous space for the staff/helpers. So nice that they have a sort of their own home. Love it!

I am in love with the outdoor dining area. it would be more beautiful if they added a water wall for a nice backdrop. ♥️

I love this property! Ang ganda, simple, classic yet modern. Very ventilated yung dating. Sometimes Bungalow houses are better to look at than some complicated houses that are bi levels.

For those who dont know, the ALTO speakers in the theater room are FR-FR (Full Range-Flat Response) speakers used professionally by musicians and sound system companies. There's no added reverb, sound colour or boom. This allows you to hear the intended sound by the movie creators better. I wish they would have mounted this cleanly though, facing down from a higher standpoint instead of using speaker stands. P55m is a bit much for the house. It looks like it's mostly just repainted rather than "renovated."

Impressively located, buult, designed, furnished home!. But going around with miss Julia I get this feeling of claustrophobia. The energy is confined and remains stagnant and cant escape as well as its difficulty in entering and flowing. It is like an enclosed box..my thoughts only.

That's old Manila house. No surprise why it lacks toilet and baths. It even lacks a water tank which is essential today since NCR is again having real/engineered (you decide) water crisis reminiscent of the water crisis back in the 90s and before.

@@gfuah1499 Pag may bisita kasi ano.. hindi naman maiiwasan yun pag may gusto mag-overnight makikishare sila sa bathroom niyo? Walang privacy. Tapos makikita yung mga gamit sa c.r niyo nun.. Baka gamitin pa yung soap mo ng hindi mo alam.. Saka expected na maraming titira dito pag 5 bedrooms. Mag-isip ka nga ng mabuti.

I follow you guys, and I like what you do...But there seems to be something off with the camera angles or the editing. I thought the problem were the settings on the TV. Kindly look into it. =)

What specific tile do you call that of the living room? I often see that and cant distinguish if its a stone tile or what?

I like the house but if I had the money to buy this, I might try to haggle it down to about 40 million because I see this basically a 70s house that was superficially updated to modern style. I would then use it as it is then do a complete renovation. Honestly, the apparent lack of toilet and baths (imagine this house being shared by a household of 5-8 persons or more and they had an immediate need to use the toilet. Yikes!) is quite unnerving. Bawal masiraan ng tiyan!
