I’m so happy I found your channel. You give me and my family so much hope. I never even heard of a construction-to-permanent loan before this. Even though I always wondered how regular (non celeb/rich) people build a home, from scratch out of nowhere. Really opened my eyes. I practically became a realtor, contractor and developer overnight 🤣🤣. Do you know how many houses I’ve designed and dreamed of from my sims game 😂? We have our units on order and watching your video made me feel more confident about building them ourselves. Thank you! Do you see any benefit to using a Dremel to screw things in rather than using a regular screwdriver or do you think that would that be too much torque and potentially damage the unit?

I used the tools it came with which is those small wrench tools that products like this come with but you can use your own power tools which will make it go quicker

Yea I thought about painting but I was able to find a small tool that was able to remove the nails and I was able to fix it
