We received feedback about our sequence, cues, voice, and adjustments in addition to our scores!

Question! Do you guys get alone time often there? Or is there a lot of pressure to join groups during free time

Over the 20 day training, you get 2 days off to do whatever you'd like (on day 7 and day 14) 🧡 Training days end once dinner is served at 6:30 PM, then you have the rest of the evening to yourself! I always felt included, but never felt pressured to participate. You also have the option to choose a private room - I did! Hope this helps 🥰

I stayed at the Mansion campus, which is at a resort. If I could do it again, I would choose Amertham or Melati for a more intimate, secluded environment ❤️

I can only speak for the House of Om Mansion, which was wonderful 🥰 Melati had just opened when I was doing my YTT!
