During my engineering days, we used to park the car right outside his house here 5:32 and study before the exam because this was the only place we'd get parking in the area! I still remember admiring his house!

Seen this video countless times.whenever i watch this video it gives me a peace of mind and an inspiration to think differently.every nook and corner of the house is well lit and sorrounded by those huge green trees.i have never seen any other master piece of architecture like this till now on buildofy.infact ive started following this channel because of this master piece.

A home well built, colors are so soothing. A modern house with soft antique spirit.

After a long tiring day, this is the place where you can find peace. I really love the use of metal in this abundance. Usually, architecture is becoming limited to designing loud and tacky wall pieces and weird shaped furniture. Very few architects actually design something, this is one of them.

Its just beyond beautiful and full of aesthetic feeling. The way he is explaining about art out of every small detail in the house from entering the dramatic natural light to other things represents his love for art and power of imagination. I have seen this video 3 years back and now I watching again. It never goes out of my mind,thanks to him for creating such a beautiful house. I just love this house❣️

Really incredible... i always wondered why do we build brick walls all around the pillars... why not have large windows and open spaces... this house just defines what i used to imagine... so happy so see this video... also hope such design can be scaled at a little bigger residential project as well.. i mean a building having around 3 - 4 flats per floor could also adopt similar design ideas with some modifications ofcourse.... modern construction should head this way... i would definitely like to adopt some of these ideas when we would take up our redevelopment project.. Thanks for the video... cheers

akhil walavalkar There're many advantages in steel structure apart from strength and sleek looks. It saves shuttering work, material handling in dense neighbourhood and most importantly availability of skilled fabricators and material vendors, including clever hydra and crane operators!

‘Small little house’ in the context of mega industrial and infrastructure projects where steel is used predominantly. Sorry, the term used is not to undermine anybody.

It's modern yet so beautiful & tranquil w/ the light & reflection of the trees.

Sir, congratulations for this house.First time in life I have seen steel residential building. Really good use of steel and very eco-friendly. Amazing house. I loved how you used trees as a part of your design which in Mumbai people don't consider it. You inspired me!

I absolutely love how he's transformed a simple rectangular design into a homely house utilising nearly all construction materials. I'd love to know how much the build cost though.

I love how they used the old furnitures and pieces which they have collected for 5 decades. Art is never abandon!

This video is my milestone. I look up on it everyday. All the words you some, got subconsciously memorized. You have definitely set a strong benchmark Sir.

I have seen a lot of videos of constructing house but out of all i really like this man as his has taught us how to be simple yet live a decent living. He is truly a good man with good heart. U can see that glow in his face.

This amazing person Nitin Sir has not just designed this beautiful architecture but also used the required space, applied innovative ideas and designs with due respect to the mother nature and created this beautiful home and i should say its a dream home, the kind of positive energy flows in this dream home is purely a reflection of Mr Nitin Killawala. Totally in love with this home and i am surely one day god will surely bless such home who aim's for it.

Happy to have stumbled on this video. Now, this is an architect I would want to work with. He seems simple, uncontrived and honest. He has a passion for his work and is grounded and rooted. The way he has constructed his old family home and also let trees and nature play a big part in design and lighting shows that he is a man of character. I am getting some good vibes seeing him. Unlike other money-minded builders/architects, he is someone who would not cheat his clients. It is very important to find genuine people if you are planning to get your house constructed or buying a new one.
