Decent video.. You misspoke on a few of the rooms but I guess just a touch of nervousness... Overall the development is nice enough.. The finishes are decent.. The open concept living and dinning are nice.. The laundry room is also nice.. The bedrooms are reasonably sized and the walk in closet is a nice touch... The 3brd 3 bathroom unit has the nicest finishes

Agree ! and the community looked so clean if I didn't see residents walking around i'd think no-one lived there yet.

Is there space for a dishwasher? These houses are among the best that I have seen. My only problem with some of the houses is the narrow living and dining rooms. Years ago when I visited, I was planning to buy a house but the living, dining and kitchen were so small that I changed my mind. Thanks for the video.

ive subscribed. For the price i have not seen anything unique about the pryamid. The furniture are not too hot, look at those orange colour chairs in the bedrooms, the staging needs nuff improvemnt. I wouldn't buy those even if the price was much lesser

Do you buy a house with furniture in a development? I don't think so. Everybidy will eventually decorate their home to suit themselves. The focus would be on the house not the staging. .

Try before you buy!!! The lack of customer service and mismanagement is deplorable. If you don't mind camping for millions of dollars.... welcome to Manukah Campgrounds. More to come...

The cost is more so because of the location and the amenities provided in the community.

This is absolute garbage and all the other jamaican House tours I've seen thus far, not sure what this means..
